"He that will come with cloak at the time of the battle, carrying his dagger (which will go on the left side and not the right as Chapter Fifty One deals with), can ready the cloak at the same time very well, in a manner that it remains fallen on the arm behind the hilt, keeping to the rule of cloak and sword in Chapter Two."

I've said it before; I love fencing with a cloak! A really versatile defensive weapon. It does take a bit of practice, but it's so much fun!
Yes, it can be discouraging and confusing at first, but once it clicks it is really fun!

Yes, we've tried and if I remember correctly, either Marozzo or Manciolino mentions the same thing.
