Respected sir, in pushover analysis to find out performance point our response spectra would be elastic or inelastic. Little confusion here because pushover curve is inelastic, so demand curve would be elastic or inelastic for performance point?

It is elastic response spectra but modified (reduced) for effective damping. Please check Capacity Spectrum Method from FEMA 440 for details.
