    Standing/ walking for 5 minutes numbs my left leg and starts the pain. Sitting, bending fwd., bending bkwds., all helps the pain. What can fix this. Been doing physical exercises recommended by therapist.

    im 17 and when i bend over for like 20 seconds and try straightening my back it hurts soo bad, i noticed in the mirror my whole body started to widen, like my ribs flared out and my stomach kinda flared and bloated while trying to straighten my back. i cant explain the pain im in rn after straightening my back out. im just laying here in bed thinking wtf is wrong with me ALREADY. im surprised because well idk im sorta flexible and i only weight 120 lbs so idk what could be wrong with me. i just know it hurts and takes a while for my back to straighten back out. it feels like a strain on my lungs aswell. but the main pain is in the middle of my back/spine not lower down like in the video the pain is also kinda off to the left side just a little bit but around when this started happening i also started to twitch in my neck when im very anxious or nervous or under pressure. its very light but its also uncontrollable it just happens its not a constant thing though. i also have hyperhydrosis now where i excessively sweat when anxious or just in general so if this is the case can this cause bad nerve damage leading to my current problems???

    I had slipped disc (L4 L5) a few months back with marginal osteophytes and mild facet arthrosis.
    Now I have more difficulty in Bending backwards than forwards. What can be the issue?

      Depends upon the severity. Less severe can be fully cured with appropriate physiotherapy, but very severe cases may need surgical intervention.

    sir i lifted heavy weight since pain started lower back , i did MRI . MRI Says s5 s1 grade 1 .but there no NERVE pinching . its been 2 year still pain , stiffness in morning . what can be reason ?

    I have Osteoarthuritis in my Left Hand and in constant Pain from 11 PM till 6 A.M., is there anyway to LESSON the Pain?? For Some Reason it stops in the morning when I get up and move around

      I have have lumber spine and statica I do exercise I bend backwards but I can bend backwards pain allover back even at the top of my back it hurt

      if u r picking something heavy, keep ur back straight, that way you will be using your leg muscles and not damage your back
