You're absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for the high quality content! I am convinced that you will be up there in the youtube scene with other great people very soon. Keep it up and thanks again for the effort :)
Thanks for the work on this... one suggestion that I thought of is to orient the camera as though the viewer is at the kit. I think it would help [me at least] make a bit more sense of what hand is doing what, or what count it should be doing where... without having to reorient. While you have us here, a playthrough at the end so we can practice along would be nice to have.
Thanks so much for the suggestion I have been trying to set up a camera behind me, but it’s a bit challenging with the limited equipment I have. I will however try to set one up for feature videos. I would do a play through at the end, but due to all the copy right laws I don’t want to accidentally receive copy right strikes. I know there is away round the copy right but I’m not sure how to. Anyway thanks so much for suggestions and have a blessed day!
Worship Drumming you can put covers on youtube you should not get a copyright strike. Just put who the music belongs to in your description and indicate that it is fair use under teaching or entertainment purposes
Well, I wish I had some advice at the ready for camera setup... If I run across something helpful, I'll try to let you know. The copyright thing is indeed a conundrum. I have noticed the cover videos I've seen, usually include attribution to the artist. Other than that, since most of the tutorial/cover videos use tracks (minus their instrument), I figured they fell into a different category. Here's a cover of What a Beautiful Name, and he notes that they (?) only recently allowed use of the song. th-cam.com/video/8qiUyXBquP8/w-d-xo.html You can probably get in touch with him to find out the details and/or how he was aware they released it. Also saw in one of the comments, that he uses RehearsalMix. I wasn't familiar, so I looked it up and that seems like it would be indispensable!
Dude you're great man! I don't know how to play set but I feel like I could definitely learn from your videos. I like the way you do your videos and here's just a thought and it'll take more time but I think it would be cool to do the entire song with the track playing at the end of the video so your viewers get a whole run through and see what it looks like. Just a thought but keep up the good work!
You’re not the only one to point this out. I would like to do this I think it’s an awesome idea, but there is a whole bunch of things with copy right that I’m still trying to figure out. If I get copy right strikes on my channel TH-cam will take away certain features, such as custom thumbnails.
Can you please do a video on the song (your great name) from natalie grant. And teach slow like you do with alot of your videos. I would really appreciate it.
The hi hat is a cy12 and the controller for the hi hat is a go edrum controller. It’s much cheaper than the VH-11! If your interested in doing this the channel 65Drums has a whole video about this topic. “How to make your own VH-11 Hi-Hat”
Don’t mind me

Oh yeah true, didn't think about that!
Thanks so much man I am starting drums and want to learn Christian songs✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️☪️☪️☪️
What would you set your metronome for this song??
Can you please do a video on the song (your great name) from natalie grant. And teach slow like you do with alot of your videos. I would really appreciate it.
Where did you buy the drums
Can you do some planetshaker songs?
Such as nothing is impossible?
Worship Drumming yes please
Do seas of crimson.
What is the model of this drum?
A Roland td 1k
What kind of drum set is that?
It’s a Roland td 1k. I have upgraded the kick to a Yamaha kick tower. I am triggering the ezdrummer 2 software for the sound.
What are you using for the high hat? VH 11?

Victors crown
What happened to your drumsticks 😂😂😂😭
They're the new pro-mark tempered sticks, tempering them marks them stronger and last longer ahaha
1 suggestion. Finish the video by playing with the actual song to put all your work into action visually.
flip vid upside down
Can you please change your drums
I hate to be rude, but I was really confused during this. Was any one else, or am I just that dumb?
You should be practicing with a metronome my friend.
Haha thanks for the reminder 😂
U don't need no metronome, do what u do, that person need to learn how to count..
