    The most bond you can be required to pay is an amount equal to 4 weeks rent (that is, the amount of rent you agreed to pay at the start of the tenancy).
    The landlord/agent cannot require you to pay a bond to them before you sign a tenancy agreement. Median rental per week is $500 in Australia now

      Hi Mooni Stone,
      Yes, maybe you are right for some areas. We have paid 6weeks rent for our rental apartment, that’s the reason I mentioned 6 weeks. Maybe it’s area specific.
      Thanks for your comment!

      Hi Gopi,
      Thank you very much ☺️
      I’ll surely try. A lot of my viewers are wanting to watch videos on different courses available here. As I came on a work visa, courses, colleges are something that I haven’t experienced here. I do have a lot of friends who have done their masters here, so I’m asking them questions and doing my own research for these topics. Once I feel confident, I will put it up.
      Thanks

    Athulya quite informative. Costs are quite similar to a Canadian city. However one important cost you missed. I say it belongs to "want" category. How much it will cost you for a trip to your nearest city like Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin or Brisbane. You cannot expect people to live without visiting their friends and relatives in other parts of Australia.

    Wondering which health insurance is 40 AUD per month ?

    • @athulyanair
      @athulyanair  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, most private insurances are quite expensive and might cost you $100+ a month at depending on the coverage. It also depends on what visa are you in. Sometimes, with certain companies you may get at a discounted price. Government insurances are cheaper.

    Hi Atullya
    I got an opportunity from Skyhycent, they're offering me AUD 7540 monthly also providing a free accomodation and I'm coming with my wife
    Should I accept the offer? Will it be comfortable for a couple to live in Perth within this salary range?

    • @athulyanair
      @athulyanair  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hey,
      It depends on your lifestyle, if accommodation is being taken care of, amount seems to be great! Again it depends on your lifestyle, and it differs from person to person.

    How much minimum pay in part time job as a student and how much time takes to filed for PR in perth

    • @athulyanair
      @athulyanair  ปีที่แล้ว

      $23.23 is the minimum pay per hour.
      It depends on the path that you are choosing. If you are a student, you can expect to get your PR in about 2-3 years, provided you meet all the pre-requisites.
      I do talk about pays in this video if you are interested. -

    What's the average rent in perth for a bachelor

    • @athulyanair
      @athulyanair  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you live as a paying guest with another family in their home, you might even get for $100-$150 a week. It depends on the place and the house situation. You could also take a rental flat with few friends and share the rent. And if you can afford rent by yourself as well. I believe it could depend on how you want it to be between $100-$600 a week.

      If you have the PR , education is free, if not , it is 4000$ / year for a family (doesn't matter if you have 1 or 2 or 3 kids). This is what I was told
