Just lucky traded a shiny registeel today and it went to 98%!! So close!!
Literally after watching this video i caught a Shundo Beldum, logged out and after 15 mins I logged in for no reason and saw TR leader Sierra so I decided to fight her and she gave me my first shiny shadow.

@RL Axolotlz It’s not necessary one of the rarest as I would say it is more common since you can find it in the wild and you don’t need a team of people and all of them to be in one raid

I told my girlfriend if she wanted to get into PVP to at least catch a couple of Seedot on comm day. First one was a wild shundo.
🤣 It usually does seem to happen to brand new players or players that haven't played the game in a long time... it's basically a way of enticing them back into the game because of the such incredible reward they just received and trick them into thinking it's that easy for them, so if they played just a little bit more they'll get another, and another

@@aaronfoster572 it's like anything else in life where a business is trying to make money - they reward new customers with lower prices or better deals than existing, and if you haven't interacted with the game in so long (hence haven't spent money compared to the average user) you'll get identified on a list using an algorithm for inactivity and almost certainly you'll be rewarded with several shinies as a "Welcome back, returning customer!" kind of analogy.

They are referring to the amount of clicks on pokemon of that type and species 1/20 means their is a 1 in 20 click chance so in that many clicks their could be a shiny.

Spoofed for around 2 years and only got 21 hundos, and 0 shundos. I think most spoofers do it just to use their daily raid pass and daily spin. The nearest pokestop for me is around 25km away.

I’ve been playing for the entire 5 years that this game has been out, and I’ve been lucky enough to get two Shundo Pokémon! My first was a Shinx with the bowler hat, which I got in a raid. The second was a wild Machop from CD, which I have already completely maxed out the CP.

For the squirtle community day, I got a shundo with black glasses. It was during the old rating system so I didn’t know it was 100% until last year with the new rating system.

for anyone confused with the percentage. it’s like flipping a coin, there is a 50/50 percent chance. if you want heads and you flip a coin and it lands on tails. will it now be 100% it will land on heads? no, there is still a chance it lands on tails. just the more you do it, there will be a chance that you will land in heads.

Playing since the first days Pokémon Go launched in Europe. To this day I have 2 98% shiny legendary. Month ago I got my best overall shadow, shiny Drowzee 98%. Technically, it is a shundo. Then I have the one, the only crowning achievement, for me at least. Shundo Gardevoir. That is it, 4,5 years playing and I have only got the 1.
104 different 100%, 430 shiny Pokémon. Transfered some away. Math is def not that crazy.
I don’t mind. Gardevoir is one of my favorite Pokémon along with Metagross. I got the shundo ralts during the CD, I could not believe my eyes. It was 500cp plus, so a close to maxed out allready, truly phenomenal catch. Made my day and still is the coolest thing I have caught.

So here is my breakdown of thoughts from what I saw/heard in the video.
3 hour raid days need to come back, they were absolutely amazing for getting XP Stardust and of course grabbing the shiny of that Pokémon.
I have some legends or raid Pokémon that took way more raids than other. Example: I got 3 shiny Lugia’s in less than 30 raids but it took me over 60 raids to get a shiny Giratina and Rayquaza.
The Shundo’s I do have are mostly from Comm days, just playing a catching a lot playing the entire event etc. 3 in the wild.
I'm at level 40 but don't have a single Shundo😭😭
I have been playing since May 2017, and just hit level 40 on Christmas day 2020... I do not have a shundo either. But, I do have a 96% shiny Cleffa that I hatched on my birthday in 2019. That's the best one I have. 💖

I have also been playing from almost the beginning,still not 40 as,I quit for a year.I don't have shundos but have Shinies and Hundos separately.Mine first(legacy)&3rd Groudon were shiny,and my first encounter with Kyogre was also shiny.For Hundos I have also many but strongest is my Hundo Sir fetch'd.And I recently got wild shiny Roselia with no boost.My first shiny was Luvdisc wild,no boost.
I haven’t seen a single shiny Pokémon from that permaboosted list. I have over 50 different species of shiny Pokémon. Not even one of those that are apparently “permaboosted”. My luck is horrible, I just play a lot.

I have 6 shundos, 1 Moltres from a 7 day Research reward, 1 igglybuff from an egg, and 4 wild caught; nidoran female, miltank(caught during spotlight hour), piplup and my favorite shundo Pidgey (I was bored at work clicked on Pidgey and shiny! It made my morning, at lunch I was checking IVs and discovered it was a shundo!)

Then, unbelievably, I got a weather boosted, shundo, Groudon from a raid I set up with my friends on Wednesday right before raid hour. I’m still riding that shundo high! I maxed it out ASAP, and elite TM’d it Fire Punch too! It’s the 1st shundo I had EVER caught

Shundo Gengar from Nov 3, 2018 (I think that was Gengar Day or somesuch). Shundo Cinccino from Feb 6, 2020 (Minccino Day?). Shundo Landorous from March 4, 2021 (just a remote raid).
I got my first shundo through a trade with my cousin a month or so ago. I was thoroughly unimpressed in the moment since it was a sudowoodo, but honestly, once she explained the rarity of it actually happening, I started to like the little dude.

I hatched a Shundo Absol from a recent 12k egg, this week I watched my buddy get a Shundo Entei. Super jealous, but happy for him!
Ive gotten 2 shundos, one as soon as gofest 2020 started, and one the evening at the end of the event.
The first one was a research encounter, about 5 minutes into gofest on the 25th.
The second one, was in the evening and I was walking down to my grind spot to get my car, and there was a cluster spawn. I got into the car, and while I was opening the door, I accidentally clicked on a pokemon in that cluster (9 pokemon). I realized it was shiny, which was amazing, so I caught it. Then I appraised it. 100 iv. It wasn't weather boosted, and I accidentally tapped it.
I have a shundo Tyraniter from a hatch, and a Magmortat during the comday.
I have 3 all acquired different ways 🤣
•First ever shundo was a Lapras from Lapras raid day.
•Second shundo was a full odds wild spawn Onix.
•Third is actually a shlundo Gastly I got in a lucky trade with a buddy of mine.

I recently got a shundo shiny Gible through a task catching 10 dragon type! Now that Gible com day is around the corner, I'm hyped to evolve it!!
I have 5 shiny hundos...
1. Abra... random special trade nonlucky
2. Genesect....raid
3. Weedle.... wild catch during CD
4. Female nidoran....reward during a special research day
5. Solrock.... wild during a boosted event.
I caught a shundo Eevee in the wild, and it's insane to think it was 1 in 1,843,200 chances. I'm working on evolving it to a shundo Sylveon.
I've got a Shundo Articuno from when the Birds and Kyogre and Groudon were the Breakthrough Research rewards.
I've got two shundos:
First one is a Wynaut I hatched from a 7KM egg.
Second is a Magikarp I caught during the Magikarp CD last year.
3 shundos here. An infernape (random lucky trade), electavire and charizard (both caught on community days while driving around hundo hunting with a map service)
I have 5 shundos: Tyranitar, Latias, 2 Heatrans and a Ralts. Both Heatrans and Latias came from trades and the other two from catches in the wild.
To this day, I only have one Shiny Perfect Pokemon(I refuse to use the obnoxious-sounding "Shundo"), which is a Shiny Perfect Milotic that I hatched from an egg and then took the time to evolve. I don't try hard for SP Pokemon because I find them to be more of a novelty than anything else
I have a Shundo and Hundo Entei from when they did a Entei day.
I caught a shundo Jiglypuff in the wild, outside my flat! almost fainted.
Shundo, best buddy, fire punch, maxed Groudon that I named Toph and got from weekly research in August 2019!
I've got 3 shundos. A Tangela in the wild at Go Fest, a Moltres (total legendary raids done 1097) and my crown jewel a Riolu from a lucky trade
I have one 100% shiny Pokémon. It’s a Drifblim! It was that crazy Sunday where Drifloon spawning everywhere for a drifloon event. My friends and I both caught a bad iv shiny and decided to randomly trade it to each other. So the trade became lucky randomly and the shiny drifloon I got was 100%!
48 hundos, 549 shinies (transferred many), 0 shundos
11 hatched (total of 2,823 hatches)
5 traded (total of 5,223 trades)
The rest were either wild or research catches.
Only ONE of my 48 hundos is a Legendary, and that wasn't from a raid, it was Cresselia from research with Grass Knot.
346 lucky pokemon in my storage (but that wouldn't be my entire lucky count as have transferred a couple) yet only 3 of those are hundos...
Other depressing points:
Never received a hundo from a guaranteed lucky trade
Never had a hundo from any raid, legendary or non-legendary (from a total of 1,081 legendary raids and 703 non-legendary raids)
This is why I've gradually reduced how much I raid because practically everybody in my Go community has had at least 1 legendary hundo from a raid, yet I'm still waiting. I've not even encountered a hundo legendary to even have the chance of trying to catch one.
Research has been kinder to me as I've had at least 5 or 6 hundos from 3,227 research tasks completed - and remember not every single one of those is a pokémon encounter, it could've been items, so anywhere from 2,500 to 3,000.
72,689 total catches, Level 44 currently on 92m XP, played since Oct 2016
My first was by chance, was chasing a 100% psyduck and was stunned. Got my heracross on a remote raid (after 50 raids), my sneasel by chance, and my regigigas on a remote raid (after about 5-10)
Hey Billy.! I have two accounts.. which I termed it as MAIN and ALT accounts. Did a random shiny Rayquaza trade, and boom.! ALT gets Shlundo (shiny lucky hundo), and Main gets 15/14/15.
I have 9 shundos including a garchomp, darkrai and alolan marowak
I have a hundo Mew!! My favorite pokemon in my inventory.
I only have three and they are
1. Is a Shundo Croagunk; Actually from the wild.
2. Is a Shundo Nulbasaur party hat; From the raid.
3. Is a Shundo Kyogre; From the raid at GoFest.
Gotten 4. 1 task reward Minchino 2 lucky trade kyogure Rhyperior 1 hand catch machuhita.
To answer the question - I have a shundo - samurott, caught it in the wild on the oshawott community day.
I got 4 shundos from community day, with 1 being hatched. 2 are caught in the wild, both perma-boosted.
Everytime I play Pokemon Go I checked the Shiny rates of Pokemon. Its not a guarantee but Im not surprise if I got shiny or sometimes grind like add more hours to hunt for shiny that are boosted. In this Hoenn event already got shiny Torchic, Mudkip, Nincada and Bunneary.
Still waiting for my shundo.
