      me too honestly. no matter how i think i’m doing better, i still have thoughts of restrictions and essentially starving myself. hopefully we will be guilt free around food in the future!

    I really related to the part about calorie counting and being fixated on that number as an indicator of how much you should eat. I feel like a lot of people experience that struggle at least once in their life.     mind blows me how we both had that set caloric limit of 1600. like damn. not only do we eat the same foods and snacks but we both had the same limit. i vibe with this girl on a diff level ahaha

    As someone who restricts myself to 1200 calories per day, videos like these inspires me to eat better. I’m starting to slowly eat more :)
    My goal is to eat happily without guilt and feel comfortable in my own body while also eating nutritiously

    I felt the same way like eating cookies and chocolate was against the law. I always felt hungry because I wasn’t eating enough for my body to be satisfied. But I now realize it’s okay to eat and if I’m working out all the time I’m going to be hungry more frequently than before I was. Ps I love ur videos.

    As someone who is 5’4 Ive been told time and time again to eat 1,200 calories to lose weight. Even 800 for fast weight loss. I even got underweight realllly quickly! Lost so much weight and baby fat from my face :( and fat from my thighs and butt (which I personally like the most about me). Now I am on my journey to recovery after a serious binge purge cycle (non-purging bulimia) that severely damaged my self esteem and mental health. SO seeing another fit and strong woman eating 2000 and more calories is what makes me want to recover even more. Thank you for being so inspiring to so many other young women.

    This is inspirational..I’m 140 and I play soccer ..I went to the doctor and he told me to lose 20 pounds so I set my caloric limit to 1200!...it’s really eye opening since I watched this video

      Here in Greece we name it Tsoureki and is a traditional food that we make every Easter and we ad a painted red boiled egg in the middle

      bc it's brioche not bread haha! brioche is made with flour, water, eggs, sugar and a lot of butter whereas bread (at least baguette) only contains flour, water, yeast and salt :)

    my skin tone has changed to a pale skin color due to anterior reasons with Ed’s and problems when I was trying to lose weight, I’m on an Ed again and I’m limiting myself to 500 calories a day. sometimes only 200, and I exercise every day of the week, to the point where I can feel myself pass out, and every time i feel like that, my skin gets lighter and lighter
    :( but seeing these type of videos, encourages me to eat a little bit more, so thank you :)

      oh it's rlly easy! i literally just pour prob 2 tablespoons of oil, throw whatever vegetable is lying around in, and just randomly swish it around until it's cooked, and then i add literally just salt and if im feeling fancy pepper

    I did the same thing with calorie counting!!! So glad I can eat intuitively now and not give a fuck about the numbers on the scale. Love the video

    When I calculated my BMR I somehow got 1300 calories, (even though at the time I was 5’3 and 58kg so it shouldn’t be that low in retrospect), so to lose weight I would religiously eat at 1200 calories. I’m trying to get better but for me anything above 1500 is 😬. Love seeing how carefree you are in what you eat, especially since I have always been of the mindset that short people should watch what they eat a bit more (since the weight is more obvious on a smaller frame).

      well ive never rlly cared abt the "bad" of salty food but i heard it makes u more bloated bc of water retention or smth

    i think intuitive eating is a great idea, in theory, but there are plenty of overweight people whose 'intuition' is off for a totally okay, normal, biological reason. These people, like myself, may have too high levels of ghrelin or have some other metabolic reason for feeling hungry even when inappropriate. if i ate every time i was hungry, which is all the time, i would be much more overweight than i currently am. i don't restrict/binge, i have a healthy attitude toward food...i really think that all these accounts promoting *only* intuitive eating and scoffing at calorie counting are inadvertently causing harm to many who *require* some amount of tracking in order to remain healthy and prevent chronic diseases.

      this video was more directed towards those who feel shackled by the caloric numbers in an effort to fit into societal beauty norms, rather than those who use the numbers in a healthy, purposeful way. but u made a completely valid point and im sorry i did not consider it well enough :(

      @@anniefang5531 no no please. don't be sorry ! i totally didn't mean it as a criticism. it's a thing i'm noticing on all social media like people like claire p thomas who have unattainable physiques who tell people to 'listen to their bodies' when they obviously are being very meticulous about what they eat and exercise a ton
