I started going to Expos games in 1970 (Jarry Park) and missed only one season up to the team's demise. The Montreal Expos fans were abandoned by MLB, team ownership, and Canadian media. Regardless, they were a fun team to watch and the organization created countless players who would become league all-stars and hall of fame players. Loved cheering on Rusty Staub, Gary "The Kid" Carter, Andre Dawson, Steve Rodgers, Larry Walker, Pedro Martinez, Vlad Guerrero, Tim Raines, and the list goes on...
I turned it off ounce I saw Johan Keri. I want expo content that doesn’t interview a child and woman abuser. This was filmed recently not years before we knew who he really was. TSN needs to do better.
A proud yet sad time in Canada's sports history, may the Expos return one day, Canada deserves another pro sports team, hopefully someone higher up will foot the bill. (1969 -- 2004)
It's bad enough for this video to include an interview with Bud Selig - the man most responsible for the death of the Expos. But to include convicted domestic abuser Jonah Keri. For shame TSN. Take this video down now.

MLB, Selig, Loria & co. f___ed the Expos and the city of Montreal. Je me souviens.
I think this video was made in 2014. I don't think it's new.
Omar Minaya is now with the Yankees. Jonah Keri recently completed his prison sentence.
It definitely is, because Manfred became the commissioner of MLB in August 2014 and Selig is mentioned as the current commissioner in this.
This is what the Montreal Expos should have been in the World Series. But thanks to this awful Baseball Strike, that dream season ended prematurely.

R.I.P. Oakland A’s
Jonah Keri? I thought he was 'persona non grata'. Wasn't he convicted of assaulting (or worse) his wife?
Yes. He assaulted his wife (repeatedly) and his infant son, and threatened to kill his wife.
He is currently in prison, I believe. This is an old video.

Baseball is Canada was born in Montreal
You sure about that?
Who would you hire in the Front Office? What model woild you like to copy. Rays, Orioles, Braves or the Dodgers support staff.
Nostalgia can be a cruel feeling.... Damn that I miss the Expos
And THAT is when I ceased following and watching MLB.
You can't cheer for any other team 😢
@@timmanto1022 No I detest the league.
N now Manfred loses the A's in Oakland
Its not Manfred its the owners
He is just the stamp guy
@@superninja252 It's both. They colluded on that disgusting travesty.
This is too painful to watch
