The matcha accord in this is beautiful in my opinion. I think most people are familiar with matcha being green, bitter, earthy, etc. but good matcha such as Uji Hikari Cultivar matcha can smell of Unami, floral, citrusy, smooth, and sweet. I personally believe Le Labo did an amazing job capturing a good ceremonial grade matcha scent. The first 10-20min you get a good burst of citrus. The fig ads a smooth floral and green, but light sweetness. The backbone is woody but not over powering! Overall Matcha 26 is a light and comfy scent that embodies the spirit of a good Uji matcha that makes me feel calm and grounded. Although it is a lighter scent, it last about 6-7 hours on me.

Tried both and prefer the matcha 26 because matcha meditation has way too much white chocolate+jasmine for me...Probably better for someone who does not live in a tropical country...The Matcha 26 is more citrus and figs to me than matcha smell though.

You ve been into tea perfumes recently...at this moment I m into rose perfumes and I kinda sick of sweet perfumes or earthy perfumes I m shocked as patchouli was one of my fav notes now I just can't

Typically LeLabo, isn’t it. You can never tell by the name what you'll get 😉. However, I read that it is a lovely skin scent which is something that I like. But please, give me more tea.
