Here, I will share my unboxing of the repaired vintage Louis Vuitton Saumur 35 in classic monogram. In this video I will talk about my $1,200 repair and the full replacement of all of the vechetta leather.

Great video! Thanks for sharing. I love that you were able to restore a great bag from the 80s. I just bought a Saumur 30 from 1987 and the leather is in decent condition but will eventually need to be replaced.

Another repair, Awesome! I just bought a Speedy 40 off a Japanese Ebay-er and I'm gonna get all the Vachetta replaced. I didn't know LV did repairs, your channel has been so informative on the process!

Strange, I just dropped off my Saumur 35 at the store and the quote was $600 for all the leather. Others paid around the same as well.
Did you drop it off in Japan? Prices are different depending on location
I sent my Saumur 35 to LV. Since August still haven’t gotten it back. Reasons: parts aren’t available but trying to find similar parts. Very frustrating
