I love Posey’s passion for Teen Wolf. I think the show is only as special as it is because everyone involved felt and still feels so much love for the characters and the relationships in the story.
i worked in the makeup department for a film once and met this guy and he was telling me about his career and he said that he'd done teen wolf and i was in awe. He had worked on ant man, captain marvel, once upon a time in hollywood, spiderman, transformers and all i could tell him was OMG YOU WORKED ON TEEN WOLF!! 😂😂

I really hope they explore some more of the parent-child dynamic with Malia and Peter. Their relationship dynamic is one of the most interesting ones we’ve had in Teen Wolf and there’s some real potential to flesh it out properly in a movie, especially with Derek also having a son. Super pumped for this release!
I’m 18 and I remember me and my sister searching trough shows and we came across teen wolf I was only 8 years old but I loved the dynamics between the characters so much that it stuck with me and will stick with me till I die. Like if I die put my MacBook in my grave so I can watch teen wolf for eternity😂🖤🐺and cool fact I speak French and this show is the main reason why I got so good in English 🤠
The trailer was interesting, though vague enough that there's lots of questions. Who freed the nogitsune? How's Alison back? Like the time jump to 2026 and that we're dealing with the characters as adults. Eli looks fairly prominent in the trailer, definitely want to find out more about his relationship with Derek and when Derek knew about him seeing as he would have been born just before the original series started. Also surprised Derek would bring his son anywhere near the town where most of his family was wiped out, maybe he had no choice? What have Lydia & Malia been up to and who are they as individuals now? Is Peter still being Peter? Are Argent and Melissa still together? With 20 or so cast members back from the OG series my concern is that there won't be enough time in a movie format to really let characters breath, get re-introduced to them as fully grown adults who've been out in the world for a decade since we last saw them, get any update for characters that won't be appearing. Also Tyler H mentioned in the comic con panel that on the first day of filming he was filming with someone he can't mention, could be someone we know is back and talking about them would spoil a plot point or is it someone that only agreed to a small cameo that we don't know about yet?

Jeff Davis confirmed the time jump is to 2026, if Eli is 15 in 2026 he was born in 2011. 2011 is the first year of the original show so he was likely conceived in 2010 while Derek was in New York, if he was born in the later half of the show he would be younger than 15 in 2026. I know some people want him to have been conceived during the later part of the show so that a character we know is the mother but the maths show that this is not the case.

@@kodycarey9430 Yes, it's confirmed that the show season 1 was set in 2011 and the 6 seasons occurred over a 3 year time period, except for the very final scene in season 6 as that was a time jump forward as well. Yeah, I would have loved a happy ending for Derek & Braeden (for once Derek to be allowed some happiness!) but I've a feeling in the movie none of the relationships that were there when the show ended will be intact, except for maybe Melissa & Argent. May not be what we want but it's realistic in the 'teens' cases, it's an exception rather than the norm that someone is still in the same relationship they were in at the end of high school over a decade later. Looking forward to finding out where each character is at and who they are as an adult.

With recent rumors about Dylan in talks to play a Dc role (I hope it is Nightwing) and Tyler already being Superman, now it will good if Tyler Posey is involved in it.
Tyler P seems to like to do 1 movie a year then spend the rest of the year writing and directing his short films and recording his music together with touring also doing a few music videos for other groups and features with him singing/writing.
I love that, he signed u up for life. When i saw they are doing a movie a cried, i love this show and so happy its back with movie. I grew up watching this, i cant wait to see it. Lots of love towards the cast and crew, thank u for bring this back to us fans.

Okay, but word around town has been that Kira wasn't going to play that big a role in the movie anyway, so from a business side of things less screen time = less pay. There's no need to overpay an actress if she's only going to show up a handful of times. Whereas with Allison coming back from the dead presumably is going to be one of, if not, THE MAIN FOCUS. Ergo it makes sense to pay Crystal Reed more. The same thing for Tyler H since everyone is gonna be curious where his character found the time to procreate, that's gonna be another main focus. Also, I feel like Tyler H probably wasn't going to be in it until they made the announcement that Derek had a son, and then he probably jumped on board to either cushion the blow or make sure that storyline didn't turn into a complete dumpster fire. As for DOB that one can be left up for debate.

The movie is set in 2026, Eli is 15 so was born in 2011, conceived in 2010 which is before the original series started and when Derek was in New York with his sister Laura.

The just hired Jeff to do it in hopes it will do as well as teen wolf. Paramount only ownes part of teen wolf, another production company has the other half of it. Paramount can't make teen wolf spin offs. Wolfpack is based off of a book they can do numerous series based off of that.

Since werewolf apocalypse earth blood game from 2021 had flops and storyline just didn't work but I liked shape shifter as lupus Wolves and Werewolf with champion of Gaia edition for changing Fur colors I can imagine doing something different with MTV Teen wolf video game itself if Jeff Davis could do a deal with other video game studio companies.

Okay, but word around town has been that Kira wasn't going to play that big a role in the movie anyway, so from a business side of things less screen time = less pay. There's no need to overpay an actress if she's only going to show up a handful of times. Whereas with Allison coming back from the dead presumably is going to be one of, if not, THE MAIN FOCUS. Ergo it makes sense to pay Crystal Reed more. The same thing for Tyler H since everyone is gonna be curious where his character found the time to procreate, that's gonna be another main focus. Also, I feel like Tyler H probably wasn't going to be in it until they made the announcement that Derek had a son, and then he probably jumped on board to either cushion the blow or make sure that storyline didn't turn into a complete dumpster fire. As for DOB that one can be left up for debate.
@@PedroHenrique-ft9hs hi, so everything you said I am definitely not justifying and maybe Jeff didn’t like Arden and maybe he’s racist and I love teen wolf with everything In me but it just doesn’t make sense to say he’s racist when there’s another Asian character that’s going to be in the movie but I’m definitely not justifying his dislike towards Arden because I absolutely love her and then also you saying they moved on to do the movie without Dylan but did you expect them to drop everything bc Dylan isn’t in it jeff said that stiles will definitely be mentioned throughout the movie and not only that they still have his jeep in the movie so I think they definitely didn’t forget about Dylan.
