If Sera is some descendant of Andruil, it would acount for several things, she being a savant with the bow and her fear of the void, in the games its presented as nothingness, but imagine if it could be some feeling she has that relates to Andruil's descent to madness with the void, Sera, who likes thing to be "normal" would be horrified of that. And i dont seem to remember where, but i do seem to recall her saying that she just IS afraid of nothingness. Although, it could be that witnessing the destruction that the darkspawn brought first hand, and she had a feeling that the blight and the void were connected, that she put 2 and 2 together, thus creating her trauma.
Maybe sera is possessed by part of andruil like flemeth and mythal but also maybe mythal did some sort of tranquility spell on andruil and that is why sera is so all over the place
So, im assuming atm your mostly right, because it makes sense. I have an additional thought that falon din might be the first to experience the blight, and even possibly try to control it. perhaps that's why andrul started hunting darkspawn and fashioning armour from the materials in the abyss (red lyrium/Samson armour). This might explain why he's mentioned, also what qualified him to oversee deaths (assuming I'm not confusing him) surviving the blight is definitely possible as you know. Perhaps he was the first corypheus type character, and andruel was initially trying to stop him but the armour changed her. Plus I've come to realise that dagnas right, words are mush. Loved your analysis though.
You know a LOT of hunting in archaic times were sacrifices to the gods...So Huntress and Sacrificer isn't that different. It's just another parallel to the Roman/Greek Pantheon in my opinion.
About the stories of the Forgotten ones. From the lack of solid information about them, i'm starting to questioning their existence. Solas never mentioned them, not even once, and there was no mentioning about them in Trespasser either. I know there is Geldauran's claim in The Jaws of Hakkon DLC, but was that codex was actually written by her/him or it was just a fragmant of some tale about Geldauran written to the wall by some worshiper of her/him?
I believe they were real. But I don't think they are telling us the whole story. They could be a different group from what we already know and with different goals. It is said that they were the evil part of the Evanuris. But maybe they were something else. A group of rebel slaves who fled the Evanuris? The old gods? We'll still find out.
Great video. Congratulations. Do you intend to analyze each member of the Evanuris? If so I look forward to Dirthamen and Falondin (but mostly Dirthamen). Do you intend to make a video about the Black City? or Fade in general? I think the black city is worth a single full video lol.
Yes, I am currently analyzing each of the Evanuris. I think Falon'Din is coming next. I have been thinking about making a video about the Fade, but I'm not sure when I'll get to it. And I've talked a lot about the Black City in other videos. Check out my Fate of Elvhenan video and my Magisters Sidereal video. I think those are where I talk about it the most. Oh! Also my Old Gods videos
what if the void was an old term for a pre-fade location that only andruil knew about (until mythal took that knowledge from her) its possible the forgotten ones were just the tevinter old gods and therefore the rivalry between them and the evanuris makes sense
So I tried to find you on twitter to no avail. So I'm posting this on some of your DA videos in the hope that you see it. I apologize if this isn't the way to go about it, but I just wanted you to know that I stumbled upon an awesome reddit post on the Dragon Age subreddit (www.reddit.com/r/dragonage/comments/f4gf7q/spoilers_all_blood_magic_and_phylacteries/) that began with an interesting musing on the nature of Blood Magic and the Circle's Phylacteries and, in the comments, the spiraled into a really cool discussion about the Joining and Blood Magic! One person brings up GE Fiona, the artificial nature of the Qunari, and the First Blight. The other person brings up Blight Magic, Lyrium, and Darkspawn behavior! It's all really fascinating and has my mind abuzz about possible Blood Magic/Grey Warden lore! Again, sorry if this is an intrusive or impolite way to bring this to your attention. I read the thread and immediately thought "This guy has to read this, too!" and couldn't find you on Twitter.
I wouldn't put any stock in that riddle. It was just a quick feature to put in an otherwise lackluster level. Trespasser wasn't thought out very well, especially not in terms of plot. The Black City is not Arlathan. Doesn't make sense for the old gods to tell the Magisters to go there if it were. The old gods were around before and during Arlathan, so it makes no sense for them to think any kind of power lies there if it were only elvhen. I think the "twist" is that the story we were told about it being the Maker's city was true all along. That makes sense, as the old gods would direct the Magisters to go there and take the power of the Maker who imprisoned them. If the city were black from the start, the old gods would have known it and would not have bothered directing their followers there.

Instablaster...
I feel like I gave up on that veil fire puzzle in Trespasser too quickly. There's so much there!

Oh that is interesting. People always want to comparison the Creatord to the Old Gods, but what IF they are the Forgotten Ones? That is a neat idea.
Great video. Thank you.

Check out my videos for the Old Gods. I theorize why they directed the magisters there
This guy has to get more views, the elves suck LONG LIVE THE DWARFS
