My group and I sang the chant from Hammer of the North for the rest of the day, this was such a great show. We still reminisce about it, definitely a highlight that year!
Probably one of the most underrated band out there. I think they lack a bit of attitude in the beginning. They need something like a good start in the way that many punk bands just kick your ass with their 2 first songs and make their point about how its going to be the rest of the show and why they are there. Anyway, there is no doubt why they are in Waken, the band is absolutely awesome. Just my humble opinion.
Second great show that friday afternoon after Kissin' Dynamite rocks the stage. Love them both more than before, won't forget those magical events. @ Petar Stoiljkovic: I swear, heard you and others singing "Hammer of the north" for the rest of the day ;-)
listen to their first album! these guys are so good and totally evolved in their style. it's a true journey of doom metal. the only band I know the older they get, the faster and more epic they get. a true pleasure \m/
I love these guys but how you gonna do live Viking Power Metal with only one guitar? Everyone knows that Live Viking Power Metal requires at least 4 lead guitars....

Crazy right. I got hooked on them a few months ago and havent stopped listening to them nonstop. Even learned some guitar riffs.
At last, a decent live video of Grand Magus, they deserve this and more...
One of the best real metal bands out there. Great songs, pure sound.

I'm seeing GM with Amon Amarth in Chicago in October. I had never heard of them. When I listened to them. I WAS HOOKED! Straight up old school metal.
