So how do these ganes work anyway? Do the respective players for a nation in these games have to stick to a specific path or can they go any given path in a focus tree?
The games follow the format of historical MP games so there are set dates and a structure to the game. Most paths that don't conflict with the structure of the game are allowed but generally there are some paths that are just stronger so there's not much reason to not go them.
