Kung baga sya mag asikaso ng apt business since as OFW wala ka to personally handle it. And lastly, if we are to construct kahit wala kami sa pinas. Syempre we will hire the best constructor na sa tingin namin mapag kakatiwalaan. Ganun pa man, gusto rin namin sana may 3rd party na magchecheck ng quality as the construction progresses. Hi Frank. The roof was poorly done by the contractor from the beginning. They did not seal the gutters and there were other issues with the slope from then on. They kept "repairing" it but to no avail. Eventually, the roof became rusty. So it took only 4 years for parts of roof to start leaking excessively. Then we replaced everything on the 5th year.

If he doesn't live there but does tasks from time to time, considered part-time job po siya. So talk about how much he needs to earn on a part-time bases. That may be 3k to 5k per month, or 5k to 8k depending on your location, up to you po. Basta mahalaga nag-agree kayo parehas.

Hi Sheila! Thanks for watching! Bale iba-iba ang rent depende sa kung ano ang ipapadagdag ng tenant. May choices kasi na furnished, semi-furnished, 2AC, bare unit etc depende sa need ng tenant. Dito kami sa Palawan so medyo iba ang rate sa ibang lugar. Pero basically ay may Php12k for furnished, 10k, 9k, and 6k. 1month advance and 1 month security deposit. Thanks for watching!
