Every car is different from one another and so is the driver, won't always apply. These are only guidelines which should have been mentioned, appreciate the information though.❤️
@@DizzyFoShizzy exactly my point, it should be mentioned because everyone seeing this video does not understand it that way and might get into an accident ♥️🙏
This is the funniest thing I have ever seen....every cars left corner is different, no road is level....no door handle is level....thank you for making me laugh...I needed it.
I mean yes, but it's a good starting point, ive used 2 of these and a similar tip for using the edge of the hood to judge for red lights and traffic --- I was taught in a sedan but have used them in an escape and 2 different models of trucks plus 2 other sedans by other brands. You should be able to adjust, like the bottom line of the mirror in trucks is different but I just used a stationary point ( edge of house in a driveway) to figure out where I should be. Then I got back in, and took note. Like using the headlights in the edge of the window does seem very brand specific - but looking to the same spot to look in your own side mirrors for road positioning behind you and going slow is a good habit to have.
My dad always said "you're sitting on the front tire" meaning imagine your front tire is right below your drivers seat. It doesnt seem very accurate now that I've been driving for a while but it helps me understand how close i am to the line when driving
My dad taught me to line up the edge of the hood to where the tires of car infront of you touch ground when at a red light or in stopped traffic. It will leave enough room for you to move to the next lane from a full stop, full turn with out having to back up- he taught also did the bottom of side mirrors for parking or stopping at red lights, when I back up I use the edge of the parking lines - you can also just use neighboring cars to judge.
The same to me, but I'm watching it because you never know these people may have mercy and share with us the opportunity of having a car from those they can keep in their gates, when they have become old or not fitting them ❤ I'm sure they are going to read and reply to our comments😊
Better make sure your seat is exactly at the same height and distance from the wheel every time you drive, and better make sure your mirrors don't get adjusted and better make sure you don't slouch that day or sit up too straight....
I feel like these dimensions ONLY perfectly apply to this car, the proportions are different depending on the car. Not only that, but even if I had this exact car, my seat height and distance settings would also have to be the same in order to get the proportions right. And turn radius? So many factors work against this.
I put a marker dot on the bottom of my windshield. Its position helps me adjust my chair and tells me how close i am to the roads right edge. Helps me park close to ditches without falling in.
She is judging from her perspective only. So in order to get same results you should: 1. Have her car with same model 2. Have her height 3. Adjust the seat like she did 4. Adjust the side mirrors like she did 5. Finally, Its recommended to drive on the same road for better results 😂😂😂
Different size of each vehicle, different seating height, different seating position, different mirror angle, different height of driver, different size of other vehicles headlights, this video is 100% bull 🐂
I feel like this would only apply in her specific situation. Everyone's cars are different. Every car you come across is different. Everyone has their driver's seat positioned differently so they can drive more comfortably. You have to take into account the height of your car, the height of the other car (if applicable), the height of your seat, the distance from your seat to the steering wheel, the incline of your driver's seat, the positioning of your adjustable sideview mirrors, and the size of your door handles (forget it if you own a Tesla). If you want to take the time to really get to know the dimensions/measurements of your car and how it relates to your view in the driver's seat, go for it, but you still have to deal with the variety of cars you're going to come across.
I recall how tightly packed cars were parked inside the building of the repair shop. The guys knew it all very well, but for me as a child, I would question their risky actions of parking another car so close. But I must admit they worked to a system with all sorts of different cars of different sizes and never made an error. It was amazing for me to see them at work putting these cars inside at the days end. They were good at their job.
I learned these things in drivers ed (forever ago) and I was the best at parking - my friends and I turned it into a game. You really can get so confident that you drive like this video, just a hair away from the next car. Moved from a city to a small town, though, and I can't even remember the last time I parrallel parked 😅
Of course it depends, that's why you need to find the exact guiding points for your car, following these tips. I use the same rearview mirror method, it works for my car
It also depends on your seating position. It makes a huge difference
What about Neha Kakkar 😂😂
And the hight of the car
And also the height of people. Short versus tall.....makes a huge difference
if you height is average, your vehicle's height is average then it should work
@@theshortsfacts.7890what is it?
I followed all these steps and now I need to buy a new car
And pay for the other car too.. lol

The real trick being taught here is to find reference points on your own vehicle.
@@DizzyFoShizzy exactly my point, it should be mentioned because everyone seeing this video does not understand it that way and might get into an accident ♥️🙏
Yes correct
Or just don't be mentally challenged and use the spatial awareness you should have as a human being and if you can't don't drive
People always criticise when they do good. Real appreciation goes to you for your information and training.
All this might be true, but only in the same model car you have
And the same seat position, same height, same posture, eye level, …
Black people drive Asian cars way better than Asians
Like that car is a Tesla all something but a Mercedes is different
@@rylanbrown2705 or a VW jetta

Bullshit, this depends on a lot of factors, like the seat position, the car design, the other car design and the driver’s height
Yeah exactly, my instructor on his car told you all these tips, my first car I tried them all non of them worked. Every car is different.
the mirror position too
@@euls868 So, you think that the other car isn’t a factor ?

Dude, it all depends on car and your position in car…. Small difference between angles makes quite huge difference in distance…
Thank you for your tips, I have found several to be beneficial ❤
All cars do not have the same shape, size & height of the head light.😂😂😂
It's just example, you can calculated with your own car
Better make sure your seat is exactly at the same height and distance from the wheel every time you drive, and better make sure your mirrors don't get adjusted and better make sure you don't slouch that day or sit up too straight....
Don't try if when u are in fortuner😂

Driver's different height will affect this logic
I don't drive a car but here I am fascinated by these tips
It's a lot of things to remember while driving
Driving should become muscle memory and second nature. I don't have to think much at all while driving.
When driving my husbands truck I line up the center of the hood with the side of the road to let me know I'm centered in my lane.
I put a marker dot on the bottom of my windshield. Its position helps me adjust my chair and tells me how close i am to the roads right edge.
Helps me park close to ditches without falling in.
Your really super driver thanking you
What if i change the seat position?
And what if we change the sedan to Suv 👀
She got it down to the science.❤
Impossible to have that narrow accuracy unless electronically controlled unless will cost you $3000

You are so smart! How nice if you were my teacher while I learned how to drive!
She is judging from her perspective only. So in order to get same results you should:
1. Have her car with same model
2. Have her height
3. Adjust the seat like she did
4. Adjust the side mirrors like she did
5. Finally, Its recommended to drive on the same road for better results 😂😂😂
