  • This is a little video I've made about the tool assisted method of shaping the scales of the Satoshi Kamiya's Ryujin 3.5, this is the method that can be found on Daniel Brown's guides, I take no credit for it.

    That's a very unique method ,thank you very much for showing us ...but do you think it will work with thinner papers ??

      I'm pretty sure yes, you only have to be careful if you are using a pointy object, I used it in 40 gsm paper (kraft and parchment paper) and it works very fine.. And again, if you want more info on ryujin making u should check out Daniel Brown's photodiagrams, they an be found in the ryujin central on discord, and they are free :D

      It's just and alternative way of doing it, Kareshi (Daniel Brown) is the one who discovered it. I think it's a faster way of shaping scales and you get the same results, so... That's why I and a bunch of people (In Ryujin Central for exemple, you should join) prefer on this method because of it's efficiency, you don't need to use it if you don't want to.
