I know it comes down to personal preference, but seeing as you’ve experienced both the MAUIGreen and Hawaii Blue (on other reviews), what was your preference? I’m interested in buying a pair of Local Kine’ but I’m on the fence about which lenses to go with. Thanks for the informative video, I greatly appreciate it!
Thanks for watching! For me personally, I lean towards the blue Hawaii as they have a lighter look overall which is better for overcast days, driving in tunnels etc. If I was mostly outdoors in full sunshine then I would choose the green.
Hi there, Maui Jim don't have the official number on the VLT for this lens. But based on similar kinds of lenses, you'd be looking between the 10-12% range.
Thank you for the review and good work love Maui Jim sunglasses
Thanks for watching!

The colors are made for different fishing conditions and glare. Your application will determine what is best for you. @@smartsunglassreviews

Any issues?
Anyone know the VLT on the green mirror lens?

I just bought a set, it does not say Made in Italy. Does not say anywhere, where they were made. One can only assume China
Did you buy this exact model? If it's authentic it should say inside the arm. There are some people selling fake Maui Jim to watch out for online.
Ive heard Japan
So probably about $1000 with prescription lenses...FUCK ME!!!
I can't have nice things😢
Yeah, that's a good estimate. They are worth it and include an excellent warranty though!
