Hi Susan! I once asked the pastor of a church I was attending if my beloved dogs would be in heaven. He looked me straight in the eye and assured me that God has promised there will be no sorrow or crying in heaven and if having my dog there was something that brought me joy, then that's how it will be. I love your thrifting videos! I recently went to mine and got a like new Coach purse for $4.00! Glad you bought the red top, the pink vase and the yellow bowl! I used to pick a big handful of violets every spring for my Mom and give them to her. She would get out her "special" vase and put them by her chair. Now I have that little vase and I treasure it ! I laughed out loud about the dentist! I had wondered how it went! Have a great day!

I actually remembered one of our Milkmen, and the bottles of milk he left on our porch! Oh, how I've always adored milk! Mom used to say that one of the first ways she knew that I had moved out on my own was when she went from purchasing twenty-one bags of milk each week, down to merely three! My favourite colour has always been pink, for as long as I can remember; I was so hoping you would take the beautiful piece of pink glass wear home, and you did! And yes, tomatoes are fruits! My Grammie used to put a little bit of sugar on sliced, fresh tomatoes! Thanks for triggering warm memories, with treasures you discovered, Sweetie! Me too, I adore Oriental items and that purse looks very special - so original - I've never seen anything like. Your daughter-in-law will be so so happy. My background is Ukrainian and of course I love all things with sunflowers. I really love that white and blue floral dress. You wear Spring colours very nicely but Autumn suits you also.

Another great video. My family lived in Lincoln NE in '68 we had a milk man. There were wooden boxes on everyone's porch. He would deliver milk, butter and cottage cheese. But then a lot of the mom's in the neighborhood didn't have their own cars. We did n't live there long. Not sure how long there was milk delivery. Great finds. Wonderful video. Take care-Sue in GR MI

My little dog died recently and it was sudden so it was kind of surreal and it wasn't completely registering so I felt so guilty about that, and I saw your video talking about your Cooper passing. It was such beautiful sentiment and such loss expressed (not just in words) and it made my loss seem more tangible and it felt so good to cry. The video tribute to Cooper was beautiful.

Was he looking for someone to take care of him? HA! I find men my age (mid 60s) to act much older than we women do. I like myself a younger man for that reason, but again for that reason haven't dated in years.
I laughed too! Being a former dental assistant I couldn't stop laughing! :D I don't know if it's all just an act but, they all seem to be so self absorbed. Ugh! Have you ever given Desi an antler as a chew toy? They are very hard and full of calcium. You can also get them in various sizes. :)
Loved that black and white jacket on you Susan!!! Very sharp!!! I remember the milkman......in the summer we would wait for him to deliver the milk and then ask for a piece of ice that he would chip off from inside the truck to keep the milk cold. Took Duff to the emergency vet last night. His heart rate was really slow and he slept all day. He has the same thing my mother has and they are treating it w/ meds. He was up half the night after we got home and is resting comfortably right now. You reminded me to use my jade roller. I forget to do it, but when I do I can feel a tightening from the cool temp and the drainage.
Oh Cheryl......I am saying prayers....there is nothing that hits us like when our beloved best furry friend is gravely ill....if you want to call me, please know, I am here....

I love your Goodwill shopping videos. The milkman! My mother, father and brother all had dark brunette hair. I had this beautiful red-auburn hair and everyone would ask, "Who did you get your red hair from?" My mom would laugh and say," We didn't have a milkman, it must have been the breadman!" (Joking) Loved my mother - one strong, smart lady! I lost her this past November and miss her, but she lived a long life (age 91) and now I have many "treasured" memories!

SsI loved that purse. A classmate, still remember her name, stole my red purse I think the second day I had it. I saw her with it and she said it was hers. I never forgot the purse and how sad I was. Since then, I have always loved red purses. Desi just makes me want to squeeze him. He's so cute! ❤️

Susan, I am amazed at all the good stuff your Goodwill has! I have tried to shop at the one near me in COnnecticut, and most times never buy. You found such lovely things this week, Susan! The clothes you chose this week to try looked so pretty on you, and most of them had patterns of beautiful flowers! I actually remembered one of our Milkmen, and the bottles of milk he left on our porch! Oh, how I've always adored milk! Mom used to say that one of the first ways she knew that I had moved out on my own was when she went from purchasing twenty-one bags of milk each week, down to merely three! My favourite colour has always been pink, for as long as I can remember; I was so hoping you would take the beautiful piece of pink glass wear home, and you did! And yes, tomatoes are fruits! My Grammie used to put a little bit of sugar on sliced, fresh tomatoes! Thanks for triggering warm memories, with treasures you discovered, Sweetie! Me too, I adore Oriental items and that purse looks very special - so original - I've never seen anything like. Your daughter-in-law will be so so happy. My background is Ukrainian and of course I love all things with sunflowers. I really love that white and blue floral dress. You wear Spring colours very nicely but Autumn suits you also.

Another great video. My family lived in Lincoln NE in '68 we had a milk man. There were wooden boxes on everyone's porch. He would deliver milk, butter and cottage cheese. But then a lot of the mom's in the neighborhood didn't have their own cars. We did n't live there long. Not sure how long there was milk delivery. Great finds. Wonderful video. Take care-Sue in GR MI

My little dog died recently and it was sudden so it was kind of surreal and it wasn't completely registering so I felt so guilty about that, and I saw your video talking about your Cooper passing. It was such beautiful sentiment and such loss expressed (not just in words) and it made my loss seem more tangible and it felt so good to cry. The video tribute to Cooper was beautiful.

Was he looking for someone to take care of him? HA! I find men my age (mid 60s) to act much older than we women do. I like myself a younger man for that reason, but again for that reason haven't dated in years.
I laughed too! Being a former dental assistant I couldn't stop laughing! :D I don't know if it's all just an act but, they all seem to be so self absorbed. Ugh! Have you ever given Desi an antler as a chew toy? They are very hard and full of calcium. You can also get them in various sizes. :)
Loved that black and white jacket on you Susan!!! Very sharp!!! I remember the milkman......in the summer we would wait for him to deliver the milk and then ask for a piece of ice that he would chip off from inside the truck to keep the milk cold. Took Duff to the emergency vet last night. His heart rate was really slow and he slept all day. He has the same thing my mother has and they are treating it w/ meds. He was up half the night after we got home and is resting comfortably right now. You reminded me to use my jade roller. I forget to do it, but when I do I can feel a tightening from the cool temp and the drainage.
Oh Cheryl......I am saying prayers....there is nothing that hits us like when our beloved best furry friend is gravely ill....if you want to call me, please know, I am here....

I love your Goodwill shopping videos. The milkman! My mother, father and brother all had dark brunette hair. I had this beautiful red-auburn hair and everyone would ask, "Who did you get your red hair from?" My mom would laugh and say," We didn't have a milkman, it must have been the breadman!" (Joking) Loved my mother - one strong, smart lady! I lost her this past November and miss her, but she lived a long life (age 91) and now I have many "treasured" memories!

I always get excited when your new videos come on. Love all yours shopping videos. Love that red purse.....when I was 11, my mom bought me a red purse for school from the Sears catalog. SsI loved that purse. A classmate, still remember her name, stole my red purse I think the second day I had it. I saw her with it and she said it was hers. I never forgot the purse and how sad I was. Since then, I have always loved red purses. Desi just makes me want to squeeze him. He's so cute! ❤️

Hey Susan and Desi! I felt like I just watched a great movie! The things you find take me right back to my childhood! I was born in 1953....the vases and candy dishes. Like my grandma and mom had!
