- KCPD says upwards of a dozen officers from around the city and specialized units will be in busy entertainment districts on Friday and Saturday nights to ensure safety and monitor a number of issues, including dangerous traffic issues like street racing, sideshows, and people driving off-road vehicles and ATVs on city streets.

I'm convinced the pandemic broke us and no one respects anyone or anything anymore.
They do this all the time in my neighborhood and you get stuck, waiting for them to finish. They often do this with stolen cars, too

Well didnt KCMO make new changes to all this stuff, or maybe just not enforcing them!
KCPD is so understaffed and there's not enough room at the current jail.
Point is, unless it's a violent crime, they probably won't put any resources into it. They don't have enough and they have to keep what little space they have in the jail available for violent offenders

@@theonlyconformist 1% kills any reason for me to work in that areas .. 1% or 10% is the definition of sink or swim .. that's same cost to travel to work that's same cost as breakfast and lunch or nothing.. we gave up are rights to eat as they say they need more before they start to do there duty.. I called KCmo they told me no ones coming i told dispatch send officer or wait and send an ambulance and 3 officers... It's sick u have to threaten for actions of help

They're taxpayers too. Contain it to certain hours and areas. So many empty parking lots
