Ironsing lack of universal talent the only good is the dodge that give 25% dmg reduction and more m1 range but it hardly used in combat anf the aloyblood talent cost way too much point for a talent. Whenever i make a hybrid build i dont think of ironsing unless i actually invest in it for iron fakeout

If anyone is wondering about the weird requirements its about the cooking talents called Artisan Chef and Master Chef who both share the requirement of 25 Intelligence, 15 Charisma, Cooked 50 Dishes and that's why they all need charisma and intelligence.
