He doesn't play longer portions of songs because the general attention span of an Omegle is very short, so if he goes to play a full song he just get skipped and then the next chatter just joins in halfway through some random song
Unfortunately this songs he just straight up plays gets strikes too, so even if he didn't play the original song on his phone in the video he still won't be monetized. TheDoooo has similar problems with his channel.
