If I use no -nylon yarn for socks, I need to knit it at a firm gauge or I blow right through the soles in a couple days. Like a US size 3 or 4 needle for me-- 6 spi so with worsted weight. What gauge do you design your socks for?

I use a size US 7, and the gauge is 4.5 spi 💛
