Great Video! There is no point in worrying about anything in life. Whenever there is any obstacle, I ask myself "Can I do anything about it?" If the answer is yes, then why worry, just work on resolving it. If the answer is no, then why worry!!! 😃
This. This whole video has that horrible American greed vibe - everything for money and only money. The guy seems to have no idea about life outside of work. I am actually surprised that he did not suggest to cut off contact with family and friends because of "distraction".
Yeah but have you ever thought your boss WANTS you to quit? Companies run on budgets unless you offer something the boss cannot get: chances are they'll see you asking for a raise as a means to discourage you to continue work there. This advice has too much risk and reward attached to it unless you've been at that company for a large amount of time asking for a raise is the equivalent of asking for them to find more ways to fire you. Don't do this too early. This is straight up bad advice unless you're confident in your job. You need a healthy bank balance to even consider this risk. I'd recommend at least 10 months before you try this card game. Chances are your boss was going to lay you off after a year, so its best to ask for one beforehand.
I believe I’m at that time where I look for inspiration and copy it by practicing over and over again. This is a great video and action do speak louder than words.
This is lit 🔥Your exploration of millionaire habits and mental models is engaging and practical. Among these, which habit or model has played the most pivotal role in your own journey to financial success?
I was passively listenning while working (i'm cleaning ly clients home each, don't worry people lol) And the thing i did retain is what you would think about your life when your are older. Yep. Time to try that pole dancing class baby !
In my experience, companies are catching on to this trend of worker leverage occurring when another entity offers more money. In this scenario, one’s current employer has a set pay range for the FTE position and provides merit increases exclusively once per year without exception. Like you’ve said in other videos, that’s why it pays to change companies every two years. I like this scoring you provided. Also, Mr. Magic Lamp
thats an extreme american clip - "be busy doing things that can help you Achieve Financial Freedom". I suggest you to visit europe and stay for few months. I especially suggest Netherland. Maybe then you will learn that the life is not only about money. Dont live to work. Work to live.
I gotta say the idea that Jeff Bezos is currently endeavouring to live his life in such a way as to minimise future regrets would be hilarious if it wasn't so galling. Like really man, you don't think you're going to regret ANY of that shit?
the last point lines up with a statistic I saw recently about youtube. only 14% of a youtubers’ audience will like their videos, i think? I forgot the exact statistic ;-; sigh. also, Mr. Magic Lamp!

Love this comment!
Facts!!!!!!! Honestly
Asked for the raise. Got it. Boss must have decided it was too much because she let me go less than 6 months later
Mr. Magic Lamp. Watching it over again in case some things went over my head. Thanks for the fantastic and helpful information 💪
Some companies give you automatic raises every 6 months so you don't need to ask which is nice.
