I like you mixing up these touhou eurobeats in an initial D amv so people whose heard of the vocal many times question themselves what part of the series the song is used to and they are just led to finding out touhou eurobeat, this hidden gem of its kind.

She fuckin commit self die because she liked the guy in the white car but was forced to marry the wavy hair guy, who liked her. After she commit self die because she felt like she had no control over her own life, wavy hair guy went full retard and went emo mode bumping peoples cars and making them crash for whatever dumbass reason. Since white car guy and wavy hair guy used to actually be friends, white car guy being ebic racist drove to where wavy hair guy does his dumb emo bullshit to do *something*? I dunno confront him or some BS. Using plot armour he doesn't die. The red car guy is some racist from a different team who wanted to see wtf would happen so he tails the two until the end were hes like, nah ima stop being a side character for 10 seconds. This show is really just about people street racing at night, this emo bumping BS is the exception. This show should be called Initial B because this is just Initial Bullshit. Now The last time I watched this was years ago so I could be very wrong and incorrect. Show has a lot of bullshit momments but its fun to watch I guess. Like a RWD car should not survive touching grass during a turn but its fun to watch.
SPOILERS .so basically it was arranged for the dude in the gtr to marry a girl and he loved her for real but she fell in love with the dude in the rx7 fc and due to the pressure by her dad to marry the other dude and some other shi she commited suicide so the gtr dude is blaming the other dude and kinda tries to kill him but later he understands. if you dont want to see the whole series (u really should if into cars) then watch fifth stage eps 9,10,11
