Well, I lived on so many different places all around the Netherlands and for me Alphen won, because it's a smaller town, very easy accessible from bigger cities, but this place is offering very calm atmosphere, I like that locals are just normal people, streets are clean and blossoming. I felt very comfortable and safe around here and my garden is just a cherry on a top of the cake. I think that's ideal to me for living and anytime I need the rush or bigger expositions, I will just catch a train:))
Pity you missed our beautiful futuristic City Hall all in glass! It was just behind the McDonalds corner. And yes, many Latin references, which you missed, because Alphen used to be a Roman settlement. Lots of history. It is nice to see the images of the city center but more informatation would be really great.👍
