I started listening in June, and every night since. The other vids say it takes 28 days for the brain to reprogram. I have ZERO cravings for sweets, which was always my addiction. I’ve lost almost 15 lbs and blood checkup was great because of all the damage the previous sugar was doing to my body and inflammation. Oh and I don’t think I’ve ever lasted more than 5 min listening before I fall asleep. Whatever this has done to my subconscious is definitely working. Thank you 🙏
Right so if that coincides with the pills you say you also take then how do you know its not the pills that is helping your blood panels? You say they do in another comment.

Yes! This is working - 1 week listening and I've lost weight. It's so positive. I've noticed a huge difference in the food I'm eating - for the first time EVER I don't want chocolate AT ALL. This is amazing to me, I've been addicted to chocolate my whole life, literally ate it every single day.

For anyone questioning, this absolutely works! I just started but have been so aware of what I’m eating, eating slower and drinking a lot more water during the day. On a health kick. Went back to the gym today. Been doing OMAD/keto for about 2 weeks. Hoping the calorie deficit and exercise work alone but I'll start this now and hope it aids. This is working - 5 days listening and already lost some weight. have noticed a big difference in the food I'm eating, no longer want my afternoon chocolate fix or snacking while watching tv. I am on day 5, and I am already down 4 lbs. We ordered food from Panda Express, and I always get 2 entrees and noodles with 2 egg rolls. I usually can devour that pretty quickly. Last night, I could only eat one egg roll, one entree, and 1/2 of the noodles. My husband asked if I was feeling ok since I didn't eat all of my food. I told him I just wasn't that hungry. Then it clicked that it is probably because I have been listening to this video. I am having the other portion for dinner tonight. I went from craving sweets nonstop to not wanting any at all.
6 lbs is not fat it is water weight likely or you will have decreased 21,000 calories in one week. The author applauded this but does not encourage some who has a one pound loss or has other struggles. This is more than just not eating and going into ketosis

I have been doing the hypnosis for about a month now. I have lost 6 pounds which isn’t a huge deal but I haven’t exercised much and am postmenopausal. My hormones are messed up. Before doing this, it was almost impossible to lose weight. I’ve gone from 149 to 143 this month alone. My appetite is pretty low and it has cured my sugar cravings. I used to binge eat cookies, cakes, and donuts. I haven’t touched any of those all month. Unfortunately, I can’t have them in moderation because sugar is a big addiction to me.
I am also postmenopausal and struggle with my weight. I used to be fit and healthy but went through an horrendous divorce just starting the menopause and had to move away and leave everything behind for my safety. I gained about 60lbs in two years and then stuck but I hate it and worry about my health getting older. You have given me some hope!

I started laughing reading the comments in excitement and wonder. Like wooowwww! Now I can’t wait to try this. I just did a 5 day water fast last week but my sugar cravings have been ridiculous and I am not a regular sweet tooth. I generally eat healthy, I’m going to be studying holistic nutrition, nerd out on gut health, and herbalism, but still I can’t seem to follow through. Started yoga today, and ironically starting a 21 day weight loss meditation challenge on August 1st. I really wanted to be down at least 15 pounds by my birthday on 8/14 but idkkkk. Ugh I’ve struggled for 10+ years. To be at a “healthy” body weight I need to lose about 27 pounds. Goal is 130. Praying this helps!! Will come back in 30 days!
Good Lord, you sound like my exact clone-except that my birthday is a day earlier! I even need to lose the exact amount for the same goal weight area, although right now I’ll settle for the top of my healthy weight range. It’s weird, though-I have tried different weight loss hypnosis recordings, but this is the only one that has worked to get me back on track so far. I haven’t had the kind of insane sugar cravings I’d been having, and I haven’t felt like I needed to keep eating even after I am full. Hope it works for you, too!

I have lost 10 lbs but the most amazing progress was I am watching what I eat, walking 10k steps everyday. I was even able to do 50 hrs water fast once, other days I am following 18:6 intermittent fasting. Will continue and add some exercises. Hope will manage to lose more. Wish me luck 😊

I have listened for 5 days. I’m having feeding frenzies…. Almost like a revolt, but also find I am drinking more water, putting sweets down more often and moving more. This gives me hope!!

Actually glad you asked! I find that my appetite is less and even when I do indulge in a treat I am able to stop if I feel full, something I was struggling with these last few months. I did take the weekend off from the videos due to a short head cold but I plan weighing in next week, will update then.
I have been listening to this every night for about 2 weeks now. I am a sceptic, so I am VERY reluctant to say that this works. But I am going to state some observations I have made. I have noticed that I find it easier to stop eating when I am full. I also find it easier to not eat something sweet after dinner in the evening, which is something I have done almost every day for the past few years. Let's see how it goes. I might yet be convinced.
Day 1 for me... i can honestly say i dreamt i got on the scale was 10 pounds lighter... and when i woke up this morning i wasnt completely sure if it was true or a dream! ABSOLUTELY will be using this video every night going forward! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

I started yesterday and had strong feeling to workout all day long today. As soon as i finished my work I hooped on my treadmill… will up update after two weeks.
I don't know if it is this kind of " hypnosis" I don't really believe in it BUT I desperately needed help because I am ALWAYS hungry and sadly always have been a " in between" meal eater and late night eater and I have always been overweight, not fat because the things I choose to eat aren't unhealthy but I eat too much. Anyways, I was about to contact a hypnotherapist for real but decided to try this first. I have not been listening only to this one, for a period of 30 days I have been listening to this one and two other versions of " hypnosis weight loss" but this one I have been listening to the most. Don't know why, anyways. Suddenly I woke up yesterday not feeling hungry all day. I thought it was strange so I forced myself to eat at least something and didn't think much more of it, maybe it was just a strange day I thought. Today it is the same thing. I haven't been hungry all day and I don't really want anything...there is nothing I want to eat. I decided to force myself to eat an apple. Now I started thinking, maybe it is these hypnosis videos? Maybe they actually do work? I can't say for sure because I am not sure. 😅 Everything is just weird. Loved food for 32 years and never seemed to feel full and Suddenly it all stopped. 😳
Fasting helps and recognizing how too much food makes u feel..lethargic, bloated etc and im sure u know lots of water to rehydrate. Food is fuel but we often dont need as much as we think..im glad this is helping....good luck 🙂
@@citraroseliza2996 Hi! I forgot to write updates. 😂 Anyways, it is going okay! I do not crave sugar or anything fat at all. I eat smaller portions because I am not hungry for some reason in the same way I was before. I have it in me to " eat up all I got on the plate " but something in my brain has changed to " No, I am full, I actually don't want to eat up everything on the plate because I am satisfied and full now. " So now I just take smaller portions than before and people are shocked. " You can't be full? Are you sure you don't want more?" But I am actually fine and the portion I get is a normal amount but people around me tend to eat a lot and are also not used to being like " no, I'm good " because I love food.😅 This combined with walks and pilates has made me lose 7 kg since I wrote. It is going slow because my training has been irregular for a moment but I am at it again now. I can't say it is this video but I keep listening to this one and others like it everyday. Something has changed my brain so I guess it is these videos but I can't swear by it but I don't have any other explanation. Hope this answer was helpful and that you will be successful in your journey.

Even though I understand your need for that, if you have acne or blemish scars, I would recommend Retinol at night, SPF before you leave the house the next day. And use it religiously according to instruction. Regardless, get your check-ups and seek medical advice followed by any frequency or meditation to assist with treatment

Listen to other weight lose hypnosis . And Isotonic tones some have helped and I've been listening for a very long time. I've lost quite a bit of weight but seem to be stuck. Going to see if this will help .. Starting weight was 279 lbs. I'm now 134 but I want to be 120lbs. Hope this one does the job 🙏😉
Since our bodies are in a constant state of Flux it is sometimes better to have a goal size instead of weight. I found that after having children my goal size is reached about 10 to 15 pounds higher. My body composition is just different, so don't always listen to that scale, he's a liar!
This has help me to be conscious of what I am eating and I’m drinking more water and have no sugar cravings. I have lost a few pounds and inches. Will continue my journey to weight loss patiently .

Try a keto diet along with the hypnosis. Keto/low carb is the only thing i have tried where i don’t feel hungry all the time. I lost weight and reversed my diabetes.
In 2 months, I’ve lost 15 pounds. This works. I don’t eat mindlessly anymore or crave junk. I have the power to say no when offered cupcakes and donuts at work.

June 29th 2024: 64.1 kg Weight loss result is discouraging but I’m happy that I don’t crave sweets anymore. I’ll keep going and update here on July 6th.
July 6th 2024: 63.8kg It’s a slow progress but I feel good. I can easily say no to sweets🥹 I’m more mindful and intentional with what I put in my body. Will update again on July 13th.
Interesting. I have lost 3kg in the last two months with WW, but it cannot hurt to listen to this. The voice itself is very soothing so even if I don't eat less it will help me settle into sleep...
Update: Feeling ambivalent about this. It is actually harder to listen to it every night than I thought, I keep forgetting it. Also I had the impression that my appetite was actually increasing because the meditation makes me think about food when I should be sleeping 😂😂😂

For me it was zero cravings. I couldn't believe it. Plus, I don't use sugar for my coffee or grapefruit; I use monk fruit sugar. Everyday my body is getting less and less rotund 😅

Since listening to this hypnosis I actually gained 5kg back (out of the 10kg that I lost in the past 4 months) but I'm sleeping so awesome with this vid, that it's a must each night!
I listened to this for 7 nights straight. Right away I felt a reduction in appetite and no cravings at night. I also had lots of energy. However, on the 7th day I felt really hungry and had bad cravings. I feel this worked so well for a few days. I will continue to listen to it and see how it goes.

This is going to be the 4th night I’m listening to this. Even after 1 night, I didn’t want the doughnut. Or the chocolate. I didn’t need munchies. I am a bit sick at the moment but I’m still going to say that already, my brain is different than it was before I started to listen to this. I don’t own any weight scales because they were bad for my health once upon a time so it’ll be interesting how it changes my clothes and my face.

I put it on when I go to bed and listen to it. Every time I come back to it for the next night it’s only played halfway through. I believe I wake up when it cuts off. Why doesn’t the whole thing play? Did you stick in an ad that shuts down play on my phone or what? It’s not really working to help me lose weight or change my diet. Is that because it shuts off prematurely? 😢
Interning. Could be a placebo but I am not craving sweets as much and the sweet I made myself eat didn't give me as much dopamine. It didn't make me nearly as happy.
This is my third night listening. Before listening, I started drinking more water and eating better. I do notice my cravings are less and all I can think about is needing to walk, close out my rings on my Apple Watch and getting step goals in. Can’t wait to see the rest in store!

This is working - 5 days listening and already lost some weight. have noticed a big difference in the food I'm eating, no longer want my afternoon chocolate fix or snacking while watching tv. I am on day 5, and I am already down 4 lbs. We ordered food from Panda Express, and I always get 2 entrees and noodles with 2 egg rolls. I usually can devour that pretty quickly. Last night, I could only eat one egg roll, one entree, and 1/2 of the noodles. My husband asked if I was feeling ok since I didn't eat all of my food. I told him I just wasn't that hungry. Then it clicked that it is probably because I have been listening to this video. I am having the other portion for dinner tonight. I went from craving sweets nonstop to not wanting any at all.

I have been doing the hypnosis for about a month now. I have lost 6 pounds which isn’t a huge deal but I haven’t exercised much and am postmenopausal. My hormones are messed up. Before doing this, it was almost impossible to lose weight. I’ve gone from 149 to 143 this month alone. My appetite is pretty low and it has cured my sugar cravings. I used to binge eat cookies, cakes, and donuts. I haven’t touched any of those all month. Unfortunately, I can’t have them in moderation because sugar is a big addiction to me.
I am also postmenopausal and struggle with my weight. I used to be fit and healthy but went through an horrendous divorce just starting the menopause and had to move away and leave everything behind for my safety. I gained about 60lbs in two years and then stuck but I hate it and worry about my health getting older. You have given me some hope!

I just have to leave a comment to say how good this been. I'm two weeks in and I can't believe how much less I'm eating. And I'm making much better food choices and working out more.
I started laughing reading the comments in excitement and wonder. Like wooowwww! Now I can’t wait to try this. I just did a 5 day water fast last week but my sugar cravings have been ridiculous and I am not a regular sweet tooth. I generally eat healthy, I’m going to be studying holistic nutrition, nerd out on gut health, and herbalism, but still I can’t seem to follow through. Started yoga today, and ironically starting a 21 day weight loss meditation challenge on August 1st. I really wanted to be down at least 15 pounds by my birthday on 8/14 but idkkkk. Ugh I’ve struggled for 10+ years. To be at a “healthy” body weight I need to lose about 27 pounds. Goal is 130. Praying this helps!! Will come back in 30 days!

I even need to lose the exact amount for the same goal weight area, although right now I’ll settle for the top of my healthy weight range.
It’s weird, though-I have tried different weight loss hypnosis recordings, but this is the only one that has worked to get me back on track so far. I haven’t had the kind of insane sugar cravings I’d been having, and I haven’t felt like I needed to keep eating even after I am full.

I have lost 10 lbs but the most amazing progress was I am watching what I eat, walking 10k steps everyday. I was even able to do 50 hrs water fast once, other days I am following 18:6 intermittent fasting. Will continue and add some exercises. Hope will manage to lose more. Wish me luck 😊

Remove glutens and sugars, it's amazing how good you'll feel! Eggs, avocados, olive oil, butter and steak are good for our muscles and brain function

Actually glad you asked! I find that my appetite is less and even when I do indulge in a treat I am able to stop if I feel full, something I was struggling with these last few months. I did take the weekend off from the videos due to a short head cold but I plan weighing in next week, will update then.

I have been listening to this every night for about 2 weeks now. I am a sceptic, so I am VERY reluctant to say that this works. But I am going to state some observations I have made.
I have noticed that I find it easier to stop eating when I am full.
I also find it easier to not eat something sweet after dinner in the evening, which is something I have done almost every day for the past few years.
Let's see how it goes. I might yet be convinced.

I don't know if it is this kind of " hypnosis" I don't really believe in it BUT I desperately needed help because I am ALWAYS hungry and sadly always have been a " in between" meal eater and late night eater and I have always been overweight, not fat because the things I choose to eat aren't unhealthy but I eat too much. Anyways, I was about to contact a hypnotherapist for real but decided to try this first. I have not been listening only to this one, for a period of 30 days I have been listening to this one and two other versions of " hypnosis weight loss" but this one I have been listening to the most. Don't know why, anyways. Suddenly I woke up yesterday not feeling hungry all day. I thought it was strange so I forced myself to eat at least something and didn't think much more of it, maybe it was just a strange day I thought. Today it is the same thing. I haven't been hungry all day and I don't really want anything...there is nothing I want to eat. I decided to force myself to eat an apple. Now I started thinking, maybe it is these hypnosis videos? Maybe they actually do work? I can't say for sure because I am not sure. 😅 Everything is just weird. Loved food for 32 years and never seemed to feel full and Suddenly it all stopped. 😳
Fasting helps and recognizing how too much food makes u feel..lethargic, bloated etc and im sure u know lots of water to rehydrate. Food is fuel but we often dont need as much as we think..im glad this is helping....good luck 🙂

@@citraroseliza2996 Hi! I forgot to write updates. 😂 Anyways, it is going okay! I do not crave sugar or anything fat at all. I eat smaller portions because I am not hungry for some reason in the same way I was before. I have it in me to " eat up all I got on the plate " but something in my brain has changed to " No, I am full, I actually don't want to eat up everything on the plate because I am satisfied and full now. " So now I just take smaller portions than before and people are shocked. " You can't be full? Are you sure you don't want more?" But I am actually fine and the portion I get is a normal amount but people around me tend to eat a lot and are also not used to being like " no, I'm good " because I love food.😅
This combined with walks and pilates has made me lose 7 kg since I wrote. It is going slow because my training has been irregular for a moment but I am at it again now.
I can't say it is this video but I keep listening to this one and others like it everyday. Something has changed my brain so I guess it is these videos but I can't swear by it but I don't have any other explanation.

Even though I understand your need for that, if you have acne or blemish scars, I would recommend Retinol at night, SPF before you leave the house the next day. And use it religiously according to instruction. Regardless, get your check-ups and seek medical advice followed by any frequency or meditation to assist with treatment

Since our bodies are in a constant state of Flux it is sometimes better to have a goal size instead of weight. I found that after having children my goal size is reached about 10 to 15 pounds higher. My body composition is just different, so don't always listen to that scale, he's a liar!

Try a keto diet along with the hypnosis. Keto/low carb is the only thing i have tried where i don’t feel hungry all the time. I lost weight and reversed my diabetes.

I listened to this for 7 nights straight. Right away I felt a reduction in appetite and no cravings at night. I also had lots of energy. However, on the 7th day I felt really hungry and had bad cravings. I feel this worked so well for a few days. I will continue to listen to it and see how it goes.

I put it on when I go to bed and listen to it. Every time I come back to it for the next night it’s only played halfway through. I believe I wake up when it cuts off. Why doesn’t the whole thing play? Did you stick in an ad that shuts down play on my phone or what? It’s not really working to help me lose weight or change my diet.
