    I started listening in June, and every night since. The other vids say it takes 28 days for the brain to reprogram. I have ZERO cravings for sweets, which was always my addiction. I’ve lost almost 15 lbs and blood checkup was great because of all the damage the previous sugar was doing to my body and inflammation. Oh and I don’t think I’ve ever lasted more than 5 min listening before I fall asleep. Whatever this has done to my subconscious is definitely working. Thank you 🙏

      Right so if that coincides with the pills you say you also take then how do you know its not the pills that is helping your blood panels? You say they do in another comment.

    I’m listening to this now for 33 days and I’m officially down 20 pounds from 210 lbs. to 190 lbs. This really works and the best part is I’m not craving sweets!!!!❤❤❤❤ Thank you. I’m continuing listen to this bc I want to lose 30 more pounds.

    Starting today, 1st April. Will update in 28 days. Wish me luck. I really need to lose a lot of weight.
    Update: I managed to do it a month with few days break.
    I have lost 10 lbs but the most amazing progress was I am watching what I eat, walking 10k steps everyday. I was even able to do 50 hrs water fast once, other days I am following 18:6 intermittent fasting. Will continue and add some exercises. Hope will manage to lose more. Wish me luck 😊

      Remove glutens and sugars, it's amazing how good you'll feel! Eggs, avocados, olive oil, butter and steak are good for our muscles and brain function
      Read No Grain, No Pain by Dr Peter Osborne, it shows all the glutens hiding in other foods besides wheat, barley and rye... His videos on YT are great too!
      PS. Wild Rice is ok, it's a grass. 😉

    Yes! This is working - 1 week listening and I've lost weight. It's so positive. I've noticed a huge difference in the food I'm eating - for the first time EVER I don't want chocolate AT ALL. This is amazing to me, I've been addicted to chocolate my whole life, literally ate it every single day.

    I don't know if it is this kind of " hypnosis" I don't really believe in it BUT I desperately needed help because I am ALWAYS hungry and sadly always have been a " in between" meal eater and late night eater and I have always been overweight, not fat because the things I choose to eat aren't unhealthy but I eat too much. Anyways, I was about to contact a hypnotherapist for real but decided to try this first. I have not been listening only to this one, for a period of 30 days I have been listening to this one and two other versions of " hypnosis weight loss" but this one I have been listening to the most. Don't know why, anyways. Suddenly I woke up yesterday not feeling hungry all day. I thought it was strange so I forced myself to eat at least something and didn't think much more of it, maybe it was just a strange day I thought. Today it is the same thing. I haven't been hungry all day and I don't really want anything...there is nothing I want to eat. I decided to force myself to eat an apple. Now I started thinking, maybe it is these hypnosis videos? Maybe they actually do work? I can't say for sure because I am not sure but I will comment on my own comment for a few weeks and we will see if it really stays with me. 😅 Everything is just weird. Loved food for 32 years and never seemed to feel full and Suddenly it all stopped. 😳

      Fasting helps and recognizing how too much food makes u feel..lethargic, bloated etc and im sure u know lots of water to rehydrate. Food is fuel but we often dont need as much as we think..im glad this is helping....good luck 🙂

    This is working - 5 days listening and already lost some weight. have noticed a big difference in the food I'm eating, no longer want my afternoon chocolate fix or snacking while watching tv. I can't believe it. I've been trying to stop these for ages. Will keep listening as I want to loose more weight and make sure I keep the new routines up. Thank you so much.

      🚨Starting weight (12/17/23): 146.6 lbs
      Day 1: ✅ already having less craving for sweets, was able to turn down cookies at lunch today.
      Day 2: ✅ did great with what I ate today! Want to do better with portions but less sweets and more water!
      Day 3: ✅ thank you for my slim and healthy body ✨
      Day 4: ✅ Thank you for healthy food choices and small portions ✨
      Day 5: ✅ thank you for a slim body and healthy habits ✨
      Day 6: ✅ less sugar cravings, I’ve almost completely given up sugar and bread which is a big deal bc I was constantly eating something chocolate and a sandwich everyday
      Day 7: ✅🚨 weight check in-141.2 lbs- lost 5.4lbs since listening!!
      Day 8: ✅ 0 sugar today! And 40k steps! Feeling energized and motivated
      Day 9: ✅ more opportunities given to me to eat healthy and exercise!
      Day 10: ✅ amazing! Been eating way less sugar, way more water, way more active. My body feels great today!
      Day 11: ✅ I had 0 sugar today, lots of water, and exercised a lot. I feel more energized and happier! I’m so proud of the progress so far!
      Day 12: ✅ Another amazing energized day with nutritious food choices, lots of water, and plenty of exercise! Excited to see results!!

      Day 14: ✅🚨 weight check in- 136.8lbs. This means I am down 10 lbs since starting this. 0 sugar cravings, motivated to exercise, opportunities to workout and eat healthy keep coming to me. I am so energized and happy!!! Insane!

      Day 17: ✅ eating amazing today, energized, working out! 0 sugar cravings. Stopping when full! :)

    For anyone questioning, this absolutely works! I just started but have been so aware of what I’m eating, eating slower and drinking a lot more water during the day.     I listened to this for 7 nights straight. Right away I felt a reduction in appetite and no cravings at night. I also had lots of energy. However, on the 7th day I felt really hungry and had bad cravings. I feel this worked so well for a few days. I will continue to listen to it and see how it goes.

    Listen to other weight lose hypnosis . And Isotonic tones some have helped and I've been listening for a very long time. I've lost quite a bit of weight but seem to be stuck. Going to see if this will help .. Starting weight was 279 lbs. I'm now 134 but I want to be 120lbs. Hope this one does the job 🙏😉

      Since our bodies are in a constant state of Flux it is sometimes better to have a goal size instead of weight. I found that after having children my goal size is reached about 10 to 15 pounds higher. My body composition is just different, so don't always listen to that scale, he's a liar!

      Actually glad you asked! I find that my appetite is less and even when I do indulge in a treat I am able to stop if I feel full, something I was struggling with these last few months. I did take the weekend off from the videos due to a short head cold but I plan weighing in next week, will update then.

      Use The ordinary vitamin c 23% be consistent
      I used it everyday on my scars they disappeared in a week or two when usually they take months years without
      Becareful not to mix it with other actives

      Even though I understand your need for that, if you have acne or blemish scars, I would recommend Retinol at night, SPF before you leave the house the next day. And use it religiously according to instruction. Regardless, get your check-ups and seek medical advice followed by any frequency or meditation to assist with treatment

    This is going to be the 4th night I’m listening to this. Even after 1 night, I didn’t want the doughnut. Or the chocolate.
    I didn’t need munchies.
    I am a bit sick at the moment but I’m still going to say that already, my brain is different than it was before I started to listen to this. I don’t own any weight scales because they were bad for my health once upon a time so it’ll be interesting how it changes my clothes and my face.

    I am listening to this as a boy, thinking it will help you like a greater supporting part of your soul to solidify your mind and conscience. I can identify with these ways of being, like ignoring hunger being. dry standard for me, where I am opposite to you. perhaps we can get on the same page and maybe unjinx and streamline our conscious minds and inner/outer unity.       Interning. Could be a placebo but I am not craving sweets as much and the sweet I made myself eat didn't give me as much dopamine. It didn't make me nearly as happy.

    Great job on these, I am trying to listen on behalf of the feminine, hoping maybe subconscious things of this nature in the boy might help the female, it seems there is some form of perceptive unity or linking there between the two, even if it is just internal, like a gateway to the outside, it is nice for relaxation and dream soothing as well.

I’m still suffering with it now can’t believe how long it takes to get over it even though I’m now testing negative. when I’m poorly I eat and eat and eat. Will definitely start again in fact let me be honest I forgot all about it so will again start tonight. Xxx

    This is my third night listening. Before listening, I started drinking more water and eating better. I do notice my cravings are less and all I can think about is needing to walk, close out my rings on my Apple Watch and getting step goals in. Can’t wait to see the rest in store!

    I put it on when I go to bed and listen to it. Every time I come back to it for the next night it’s only played halfway through. I believe I wake up when it cuts off. Why doesn’t the whole thing play? Did you stick in an ad that shuts down play on my phone or what? It’s not really working to help me lose weight or change my diet. Is that because it shuts off prematurely? 😢

      Dealing with the same thing. Cravings are not as bad but still there. Mine shuts off midway and I wonder if that's why I only love drinking water

    If you dont change your habits-to be healthier you wont be! Walking at night, drinking more water, exercising 3 -days a week, smaller amounts. Intermittently fasting.

    What do you mean by permanent? And I'm about to be 200 pounds and I want to get down to in between 122-149 lbs which is considered healthy from my age and height. What if I get to my desired weight before the 28 days do I keep going until the end of the days or just stop when I'm at my desired weight?

      You will not lose 50 pounds in a month... plan on it taking a year, and if it happens sooner then rejoice. One pound a week on average is a good amount for allowing your skin to keep up, so that you don't have a large amount of loose flabby bits left over.

      @justinewillard388 this is designed to reset your metabolism so that you can live in a more healthy manner. I don't think it would hurt to keep listening to this, but the goal is to train your body to not need excess amounts of comfort food and that is the part that is supposed to be permanent.
      As to the last part of my comment, losing weight too fast can lead to lots of extra skin left over and possibly body dysmorphia issues. :) setting small achievable goals would be a better option for most people, to better heal from the inside out.

      Also I just started to listen this one 👇 two days ago on 9/9/2023. Because night time I eat a lot of junk food. I would like to stop binge eating.
