You can give water in evening or early in morning. But do not give in day time. Water will evaporate due to sun heat and leaves will start burning due to those vapors particles. You said u experimented this in 2000 sq ft and expecting to harvest 400kg Ginger.If you calculate this to 1 acre i.e 44,000 sq ft then you will get 8800kg Ginger.If you take 100rs per kg then u can harvest 8.8 lakhs in a year just from Ginger.Waiting to see how much you harvest next month.

You won't get ₹100/kg wholesale rate. It was ₹35-40/kg max this season in the local mandi
