Clay Sculpture with Aged Bronze Patina

Rachel shares her process for creating an air dry clay figurative sculpture with an aged bronze patina. Rachel graduated summa cum laude from Howard University with her Master of Fine Arts degree in 2002, majoring in sculpture. Her Bachelor of Arts in Art from Belhaven College focused on painting and drawing, with collage, mixed media and printmaking work as well. She brings a resourceful thought process to all her work and infuses the images with her resiliency and revolutionary spirit.
