Easily one of the Top 3 Bora Bora videos I've seen. Plus, probably one of the Top 10 travel videos overall I've seen on TH-cam so far after looking at a couple of hundred of them while doing research for my trip to Bora Bora or the Maldives. Your imagery is extremely crisp and well paced out. The music was upbeat & sexy at the same time. You've really seemed to capture the type of energy, fun, adventure, romance, and peacefulness, that many people want to have when they visit a place like Bora, Bora. I really never liked the notion of people using drones in a place like this, but when it's part of making an amazing video like yours, then it's hard to complain about them. LOL.. Anyway.. Great Job !!! I'm planning on getting there this Spring !!! Can't Wait !!!
Thank you for the kind words Bobby! I agree, it is easy to ruin places like this when flying with all the buzz from the drone so I tried to do it far away from everyone and kept my flights to the early morning at sunrise and sunset only, with the exception of the Vitamin Sea tour. That way I hopefully didn't bother anyone. I hope you have an amazing trip there and get to enjoy it to its fullest! Thanks for checking out the video!
VeniVidiVici, It's all a matter of perspective. It's not too expensive for many of the people who have been there, or are planning to go there. Sorry it's too expensive for your liking, but that's life. There thousands of other resorts in the world to suit different levels of affordability.
Joseph, I totally agree. Right around that 4:00 minute mark shows an amazingly beautiful area of clear shallows. Makes you kind of glad nobody has built anything on it yet.

Very nice video! Just wondering what kind of bag did you use for your phantom 4? I heard air tahiti is strict with their carry on luggage. You think this is enough? "polarpro drone trekker" And any tips when flying my phantom 4.
Thank you John! I travel with my Phantom in a Vanguard UpRise II 48 bag. It's fits everything I need to travel with drone and I can use it as a regular camera bag as well. I can fit my Phantom 4, 4 batteries, the controller, extra props, filters, and my laptop or iPad in there with no problem. When I travel internationally, I bring much less than that and it easily fits in the overhead bins on the larger aircraft. When I traveled from Tahiti to Bora Bora I was able to fit the bag under my seat after I had slimmed it down by taking the laptop out. It was a tight fit but it worked. You could also check the bag at the plane door as well. Here's the link of the bag I use: th-cam.com/video/AI1yVYSLl1E/w-d-xo.html
+Paul Pearce: Yes, definitely on the bucket list (Tahiti and Bora Bora). By the way, that was my 6-year old daughter's comment. I was casually viewing your video when my daughter peeked over my shoulder. She really wants to join the wife and I next time we take a beach vacation, so she was excited to post a comment on this video. Thank you for replying....it really made her day when I informed her that her comment got a response from your channel.
+Eddie TheWanderlust Thank you! I used a number of different cameras. The ones used were the DJI Phantom 4, Canon 7d, iPhone 6, GoPro Hero 4, and Go Pro Hero Session. Some of the shots were done with the Knekt dome housing as well.
what an excellent video!! :) My husband and I will be going this November too! We wanted to ask, did you have any trouble bringing in a drone? are you from the US as well? we were hoping to bring a drone as well but was told that Le Meridien won't allow us... hope to hear back from you. Thank you!
Thank you! You guys are going to have an amazing time! Yes, I am from the States, living in Texas. As for bringing a drone, I didn't have any problems getting it there or bringing it home. I think each resort has their own policies regarding drones so I would follow those rules. I was't aware of any drone regulations when we went and I was very cautious flying while I was there, mainly trying to stay low, flying very early in the morning and very late in the evening. If anyone had told me not to fly at all while I was there I would have happily obliged.
Since you stayed at Four Seasons, did you ask them about their regulations prior to getting there? Thanks for the tip about flying either early in the AM or late in the evening, totally makes sense! We are beyond excited about our trip. Your video is the best Bora Bora honeymoon footage we've seen! Amazing!
Amazing video, the drone footage and the timelapse of the clouds around the vulcano was awesome. Thumbs up

Hey Paul! Heading over to FS in a month or so. Did you find yourself using the DSLR much? Debating taking just the GoPro (5).
Полмиллиона за 5 ночей на двоих на завтраках, это минимум... НО ЭТО СТОИТ ТОГО!
*Pretty sick video paul! :)*
