Hi there! -33 is a networking error, and specifically it indicates that the user is attempting to connect to the device at the IP address in their command, but whatever is at that IP address it not allowing you to connect to it. The MVI69-MNET user manual has a section in the back which discusses all the common error codes and gives a brief description of what they indicate, including -33. It can be found here on pages 96-97:

It could be an issue of a mistyped IP address. For further questions or troubleshooting with this, feel free to contact our regional tech support teams: www.prosoft-technology.com/Services-Support/Customer-Support. Thank you!
