At the end he separated the 'Shorting Bar' on the orange airbag socket, the reading across the terminals should then read between 2 -3 ohms for a working SRS component, which is why the airbag light went out after initially inserting the resistor of 2 to 3.3 ohms into the module signal plug to fool the module. Anything different from that reading across the terminals after separating the shorting bar means the component is faulty. The same design is on all trigger component connectors that control a crash event on the vehicle.

Thank you for sharing this video -What do you do ?
-replace the spiral cable ?
- connector problem ?
how to solve this problems ?
A verbal explanation Would be nice !
Looks like a 1m ohm resistor on both plugs. Pretty cool. Im getting a bunch of them in, gonna try it cause I have that code on my 2006 prius. Will let you guys know. I have B1801 and B1811. Wlll see if this clears them up.
How did it go
Diode ka number btao
Thank you for shears video
Excelente , de cuanto es la resistencia
So any diode will work or is there a certain one? My airbag light just came on yesterday and my OCD needs it to go away
2.6 ohms?
good video
I'm pretty sure the FSM required you disconnect the - terminal for 90s before proceeding. The airbag can potentially go off.
Hm po kaya wire nysn boss
What is the value of the resisters?
2 - 3.4 ohms
Ganyan din sakin ayw maglock
that was pretty cool
