Merlin is one of them... The real Merlin is tightly locked in Avalon. So the Merlins that we summoned are only their copies. And as we saw in Babylonia, if Merlin really wants too, Merlin can hop out from Avalon for a while to do stuff. "Kidnapping" our soul with their real body should be possible... Oh, Castoria is also in this category since the real one is waiting in Avalon. And there are also some insane Servants with their insane capabilities. Someone like BB might be able to copy our soul and pasted it in MoonCell as her version of afterlife. Then we have Morgan. She might not be a Divine Spirit, but her witchcraft is insane. I bet she can resummoned herself with her memories intact, then summon us from the throne of heroes (after all we've done, I'm certain that our name will be in the Throne too in the end) as her Servant, just like how Medea summoned Kojirou in Fate Stay Night. Then she will find away to reincarnate herself and us, plus making us immortal in her own secluded world... Our death will surely trigger the second Ragnarok. Where OP mortals, divine spirits, gods, aliens, and even maybe Beasts are fighting for a single soul...
He dies like a normal human being, the special circumstances of GO go away when it's over. There isn't going to be a dead Rin permanently hosting Ereshkigal, the Valkyries can't stay without Avalon's mana being fed to them (as everyone else is), the only ones who have a real claim are those that have Independent Manifestation like BB. And that's not good let me tell you that. The counter force doesn't care about singular humans unless Nasu says otherwise cause his coffee tasted differently that day. MC isn't becoming a servant nor is his soul going anywhere unless Nasu says so, it's gonna stay in the speculation alley.

The list is way to big to put in here. It's just someone gifting their gratitude, affection, respect, even love. If you expecting something else, then you should skip the cutscene. This is the only moment where we get seiyuus dubbing their respective servants with the usual chat box. Years prior we didn't have this opportunity, it's nice to appreciate what is given to us, instead of complaining that the scene was bland and without any plot details that could provide some info on the story. Really, we are receiving and giving just chocolates, nothing more than that. If you something significant, interludes are there to satiate your likes.
