- How to make Chicken and Vegetables Stir Fry | Delicious Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry Indian Style | Quick and Easy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe | How to make the best Chicken Stir Fry at home | Chicken Stir Fry with Veggies in 20 minutes
This Chicken stir-fry recipe is packed with veggies and is quick and easy to prepare and you can use whatever vegetables you have on hand. Just grab a large pan and watch how succulent chicken, loads of veggies, and a savory-sweet sauce quickly come together in this colorful, healthy meal.
It tastes wonderful regardless of how you alter the ingredients. Serve it with white or brown rice, or noodles and enjoy your meal in a very short time.

Ingredients :
350 gms Boneless Chicken (preferable thigh portion, cut into cube size)
(If using frozen chicken, thaw it well and please see that there is no water content in the chicken)
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
A small piece (5 gms) Ginger (finely chopped)
30 gms Garlic (finely chopped)
2 nos. Green Chillies (finely chopped)
1 large (40 gms) Spring Onion Bulb (finely chopped)
½ tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
½ tsp Sugar
75 gms Carrots (sliced into semi-circle)
100 gms Onion Petals
75 gms Green Bell Peppers (cut into cubes)
75 gms Red Bell Peppers (cut into cubes)
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce (or as per taste)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce (or as per taste)
1 tbsp Vinegar (or as per taste)
A handful of Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
