Garou (ガロウ, Garō; Viz: Garo) is a villain, a martial arts prodigy, the self-proclaimed "Hero Hunter," and a major adversary of the Hero Association and Monster Association. He is a former disciple of Bang but was expelled from his dojo for going on a rampage. Because of his fascination with monsters, he is commonly called the "Human Monster." Sitch of the Hero Association views him as a grave threat to the organization despite being only a human.

It would be very interesting if Garou was somehow transported to a certain magical index and certain scientific railgun because in all honesty Academy City is the definition of unfairness seeing as how the level system is determined by the parameter list and how certain characters are special in a way and never truly earn that position like touma, index, and misaka. He could totally be the light for those in the dark side such as Skill-Out and other criminal groups. In a way, he could show Skill-Out a better future where they can move forward, better utilize the capabilities of the district and potential of the weapons they possess, and teaching them martial arts which would require discipline. He could also try to raise levels and not let god cast the dice on who is special or not. But that is all assuming if he’s willing to challenge the underbelly, higher ups, and find some answers. Finally, he could be a severe threat to touma kamijou and his faction seeing that he’s a trained warrior not using the supernatural of magic and science. Plus, he has that demonic will which helps him move past his losses and get out of life to death battles. It would be most interesting what touma would say if he learn about garou’s beliefs. The thing that would be most curious is if Garou had met Saten Ruiko a truly side character and make her something more. Though he would probably be more furious with the magic side as how the main antagonists attempts to harm the weak and justified the existence of heroes. The one major flaw those heroes have when making speeches is that they obtain power not through effort but because they are not normal.

Life is utterly "fair". It is the definition of fairness. The World is utterly indifferent to all metaphysics, hope, despair, money, value, courage, fear. It's all nothing before the World. The world doesn't acknowledge or deny anything. Existence is completely impartial.
Inequality is nothing more then the result of viewing an artificially constructed system based on an individuals closed perceptions. You see inequality because you perceive disparity in artificially given value based on a series of arbitrary factors that, to the Universe, mean nothing at all.
If you perceive the world as unfair, it is because you are choosing to see it that way. Because the ideals and definitions of success and value that you subscribe to are arbitrarily compromised by the happenstance that is the circumstances surrounding you.
You weren't doomed by some ill fated dice roll that tipped against you. You ARE the Dice roll. The you in the here and now can decide to make whatever of that that you will, but you, just like everything else, are nothing more then a probability carved into the infinity that is uncaring possibility.
So curse your failures, curse events not playing out in your favor, curse the fact that the world isn't on your side, but don't ever say that it's unfair.
Because it is, and that's the most chilling part about it.

I say the world is unfair bc even if u didn't do something all the cops have to do is say u did and ur in jail for life. But hey that was one of his failures right? @@rated-r84gg2 No. Indeed, that would be a case of the "World not being on your side", rather than a personal mistake. More to the point, though, its the result of arbitrary happenstance comprising goals that have no inherent value to the universe.
Why is not being in jail important? Why are the "cops" able to have such authority? Artificial Constructs. False conceptions of a closed system.
Why are you allowed to exist over the countless infinity of people who might have existed but do not? Why are you not one of the cops?
You misunderstand what I'm saying. I'm not saying everything that seems set against you is your "fault", rather that cursing "life" for those things and saying its inherently unfair is in error. Just because you roll a dice five times and it comes up 1 each time, that doesn't mean the dice itself is inherently unfair.
In the end whether you perceive those things as disadvantageous to you is within your power, but that's something else altogether.
You can argue that humans are prone to being certain ways and thus bound to fall into closed systems in which their ARE inherently disadvantaged, but that's not Life or the Universe's concern. It's not made with a bias towards appeasing you or anyone else.
Because it's fair. Do you see...?
I'm not saying that life can't be awful, or that things beyond your control can't utterly destroy you for no reason whatsoever, I'm not even saying that society itself isn't inherently unfair.
I'm saying all of those things aren't the fault of the life being unfair.
It's because life IS fair. Because life isn't on anyone's side. Because life doesn't care about you or anything else in even the smallest margin.

It's not surprising that Garou turned out this way. He went through hell as a kid and nobody helped him out of there. Now that he has turned against those who hurt him, these cowards hide behind heroes to avoid bearing the consequences of what they did to him. Saitama never would have killed Garou if he knew about his backstory.
Seems like every evil has their dark backstory

There were a group of monsters who opposed the justice system and created their own system and were still successful (blacks) they worked together though that's the difference they weren't loners. These guys were the cool monsters that everyone liked. There were also lame heroes who nobody liked. It wasn't just because he was the hero it's because he was cool and popular he had the advantages and special perks the game was a lot easier for him to win.
