When I got back into comic collecting back in 2011, my research opened my eyes to EC's, Bill Gaines and the whole soti precedings. I found that all very interesting as it was a pivotal point in comic book history. I'm not a big fish in the collecting pool, but I really wanted to own one Gaines pedigree book. I made that goal a reality by acquiring Haunt of Fear 24 in cgc 9.4 white pages. Since then, I collected almost the entire EC run of reprints put out by Gemstone in the early 90's. I love them all! Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed the content of this video and look forward to many more interesting guests and the books they collect! Great series, and channel, I'm so glad to have found you!😁👌👍
I am working on a original new 50s style science fiction book . As 50s sci fi is my favorite . 1959 was the most insane year for cinema and science fiction I'm general! Thanks so much for help
I was taking a Fiction House "Crime Does Not Pay" out of it's bag, and the scotch tape caught on the cover and pulled a piece off...boy was I pissed. I'm fortunate to still have my 25 or 30 EC's I got in the sixties.
