I don't know how to say it. You can't really hear the rotation or 'Doppler effect". maybe because of the sound of the siren travelling through the wind and making a slight rotation like. Either an SD10 or maybe 9/12 rotating siren related.

well, craig is right. some towns activate sirens in alert for Severe T-Storm Warning and attack for Tornado Warning and attacks(hence the name) also some cities activate sirens for watches
