Recipe name- Handi Dal Masala
Preparing time- 15 minutes +dal soaking time
Cooking time-20 minutes
Serving - 5 persons

Ingredients-
Black dal urad- 1/4 cup less
Moong dal split- 1/4 cup less
Arhar(tuvar dal)- 1/2 cup
Chana dal- 1/4 cup less
Malka Masoor- 1/4 cup less
Oil- 4 tbsp
Tomato- 3 medium
Onion- 2 medium
Green chili- 4 small
Ginger-2 inch
Garlic-10-12
Capsicum green - 2 medium
Salt- to taste
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Chiili powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1/4 tsp
Green coriander - 3 tbsp
Kasoori methi- 1 tbsp
Butter- 1 tbsp
Dry mango powder- 1 tsp
