Fantastic restaurant experience in Puerto de Mogan. The restaurant only serve a tasting menu, which starts at 7.00 pm and ends at around 11.00 pm. In between those times we enjoyed a 7 course meal, with some extremely innovative dishes. With everyone starting at the same time, the courses were served to everyone simultaneously, with an announcement of each dish as well as the accompanying wine. Much of the preparation was done within the restaurant, rather than in the kitchen, so this made for quite a “theatrical” evening. Highly recommended!
