- Whether you are a beginner just trying to figure out floral belt patterns, or just interested in some new ideas, these belt patterns could benefit you along your journey. I don't necessarily consider myself a pattern maker, but I have had enough questions and interest in my work that I figured it was time to offer some ideas around the topic.
Drawing your own belt patterns can be quite intimidating at first. I know that I struggled tremendously with gaining the confidence to give it a go. Although the patterns in this video are not directly targeted at beginners, I think they can help figure out quite a bit with some of the basics. From studying the different flow techniques, flower layouts, fill-in elements, etc. Learning the basics is the most important part by far, and then branching off from that and developing your own style will come in time. My goal with these patterns is to help give you the confidence you need to start making your own patterns or at least spark some new ideas to help you expand your current skill set!

I’m really happy you sell your own patterns now, I really like your art style. It has a flow and a look to it, that I just love 😊 I hope for more in the future.
Thank you so much for the support!
Good ideas, thanks.
I hope they help, thank you!

Pattern and design is kinda like passive income. You draw it up once, put it up for sale (should watermark digital copies) and sit back. I'm no good at making art patterns, but I have to constantly make new designs for holsters with accessories or something that's not available to purchase at a store. In the past few years I've really become much better and faster at designs, but I'm still lacking in the art side (I feel that way). It's crazy because I was always good at drawing and art in general. I can't seem to get a flow out of my art patterns though. In time
I never was one to draw or be very artistic while growing up. I really only started once I got into leatherwork. It’s probably been the biggest challenge for me so far. I know I can do it, I just struggle tapping into that part of my brain more times than not.

I’m not sure I know what you are referring to. These 3 patterns are the only set that I currently have available and I only sell them on my website, not Etsy. Feel free to send me an email and we can try to figure it out
