The best thing for me when watching your videos is the rest of the world and it's troubles melting away. It's just me in a relaxed, peaceful and GRATEFUL state. Thank you both.❤
Once again thanks Sam and Vic for sharing these places in HK! As a local I sometimes struggle to find hidden gems like these locations. So you guys never miss 😄👍🏻
Hello, Sam and Victor I just wanted drop a note to say that you have one of the coolest channels on TH-cam. The content, camera angles, the music, the attention to details and aesthetics, your personalities makes your videos stand out. There’s Never a dull moment! Thanks for sharing these vids🙏 looking forward to more of HK! Cheers from Toronto🍁
I've been watching your vlogs for a week now. Such an eye-candy! I can't wait for our travel to hongkong next month. I hope I could bring my family in some of your featured coffee shops :)
WOW!!! 🤩That cafe at 12:47! Exactly the kind of cafe I try and seek out when travelling. Fantastic! Love that you seek out and actually find so many of these vintage gems with genuine character. It's heartwarming to see these small businesses supported. I'd miss them so much if they just ceased to exist. PS= I loved your recent series shot during a typically roasting hot summer in Tokyo; your hidden underground cafes of Asakusa's train stations etc were INCREDIBLE to see! 🤩💯💯
pak lee is one of my personal fav 'cha kee' at hk island! daup toi is part of the experience eating there which is why most customers are locals who live or work near saiwanho, taste is more old school compared to other cha chaan teng i feel
Sam and Victor, another nice vlog, always show eclectic side of Hong Kong, your photography, vibes , music are right on, love your searching new coffee shops, always a very special feeling for Hong Kong, thank you, regards!
Watching you go to all these cool coffee shops makes me want a coffee so bad, and my machine is out for repair!! However, if I had to choose between coffee & cocktails it would definitely be cocktails! 😉
Hello, Victor, you look just like my uncle when he was young. My uncle has grown old now. Sam, you seem like a very kind-hearted woman. Please be someone who treats everyone with kindness.
Cafe culture is so strong in Hong Kong. My favorites in Yau Ma Tei are Zombie, Cascara and Kubrick. Going to have to check out Bad Coffee & Liquor Club next time.
Sorry and sad to say. I love coffee, but physically almost zero tolerance on Caffeine effect. 😢. Anyway TQ for your nice video. Really makes my day.Been to HK many times for self tour. I recommend going to MUI WO island, there's a cafe with food facing the ocean. With sea view, wave & bird sound. Happen there's a tree besides the cafe.😊
You should do a Video Beginners Guide for Coffee. Like what`s the difference between Arabica and Robusta? What are the different roasts and how do they taste? What to look out for in a good Cafè? And so on...I love good Coffee but I lack the knowledge behind it.
La verdad que es muy raro y incómodo que se siente siguiendo en tu mesa, ll que yo dsris todos lis dias por que alguien se dientf en my mesa y no tomar cafe dolo haha
OMG!! I thought the first coffee shop you've been to was a hidden club or smtg that's why I didn't go there. I've stayed in one of the guesthouses there in that building. Hahahahhaha.
Oh wow, thanks for the coffee recs! My family lives in Quarry Bay, will definitely check the one there whenever I can travel to HK! ❤ Did anyone try the duck shit oolong drink?! 😂
Hi Sam and Victor, my partner and i are big supporters from yvr. Love your vids❤ Film production question: we are wondering how you remember who to blur in your shots, as we noticed some folks have their faces blurred and some do not. Do you ask folks on location if they want their faces to be blurred? And how do you remember who to blur at post, do you make notes? Cheers and hopefully you guys visit yvr 🤓 Ed and Sara
Hong Kong air quality PM2.5 is about 70- 90 these days, Lamma is over 100, that's why the Tsim Sha Tsui looking over cross is smog, sunset is hazy, the air from China is polluting HK.
If you could only drink coffee or cocktails for the rest of your life.... what would you pick? ☕🍹
Coffee all the way! Thanks for the great video 🙂
