Hi Good morning. How can I use the virtual card if I am in person in the Home Depot store?

Home Depot staff might be able to manually enter your cards details. You can also use the physical card.

So if I dont have an LLC yet (i will eventually) and I have 3 rental properties, do I create a whole new bank account for each property? Or make 3 virtual accounts in my one bank account?
If I have one main account and three virtual accounts for each property that is confusing with having to have a security deposit account for each property. So its a whole bunch of unorganized virtual accounts in my main account. But should I make a main account for each property? Then that way have a virtual account for securirty deposit etc?

Not an expert but I rent to my son. Made him sign a lease, pay via Baselane. Makes me able to write stuff off as well. :)

This doesn’t seem valuable when there plenty of prop management softwares out there

Are there prop management software out there that manage bank accounts and do book keeping for you?

@@ilm_seeker exactly, banking is easy. Property management is pretty easy too. Bookkeeping and any of the others...no easy at all.
