We always go to those casinos when we are there, both are fun to visit lol but because of my great MGM experience rewards I’ll always stay at a MGM property . Absolutely thorough and entertaining video!!
I love the Linq & the Flamingo & usually stay at 1 of the 2. Their rates are favorable, they are mid-strip & central to everything. In addition, I hang out in the Linq Promenade a lot, so it makes sense to stay where I can just stumble back to my room. 😂 I might favor the Linq a little bit more, only because it is smaller & easier to access the strip & Linq Promenade. My breakfast spots are Chayo, in the Linq, & Maxie's, just down at the end of the Promenade. I don't spend time inside at the pool or gambling, so those don't factor in (for me).
Really good comparison. We always go to Flamingo every trip to play, maybe will ask our host to stay there one trip in the renovated rooms which look great. Location wise it is very good center strip, but still partial to our Paris hotel.
Great review Melissa! I stayed at the Flamingo a couple years ago with my oldest daughter and Sister and the room then was great and had a small frig, a tub, and a fully enclosed shower. We stayed in a High Roller view room with double queen beds. Anyway, Thanks for sharing! 😀 👍
Fabulous and amazing hotels that i enjoyed visiting, still outside my price range😂great video Melissa👏 Your going to have to humor me someday Melissa and trying out Circus Circus 🎪
stayed at Flamingo last year in a remodeled flamingo room garden view. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had view of the habitat and pool. Wasn't huge fan of Linq, enjoyed Flamingo casino lots more. Food options were ok at Flamingo, we did go to Linq Has House for breakfast...was fantastic. I prefer the Flamingo if had to chose between them. My fave will always be NYNY though...
Just at The Flamingo - nice room - in my opinion the best part of these 2 hotels is the LINQ Promenade - so many places to eat and drink and combined with the location of the 2, good place to stay.
I stayed at the Flamingo last year. It was outdated and dirty. But that was ok for a budget priced hotel, I guess. Street bar on the way to the Margraviterville was ok got to sit streetside and watch the sidewalk gong show going on. I won big at the casino, so I cant complain. Freemont street was a well spent day!
In my opinion The Line has it hands down if only for the lack of deodorizer smell at the Linq. They use so much deodorizer at the Flamingo it hurts my nose so I will continue to stay at the Linq and pop over to the Flamingo when we want to walk around the pool area. Great video. Thanks
Between the Flamingo and the Ling, all that matters is sitting between them is In&out. They are "cheap" and good. One of the last places in this category on the strip. The Horseshoe, a Caesars' property want's $22 for a burger and fries at Johnny Rockets. I&O is charging about half that and you get a drink. It's because from what I understand I&O owns all their restaurants and are not franchised. But what do I know. I think Panda Express is actually tasty food! Same with Taco Bell. Although neither is Chinese or Mexican food

@@Lisalisa-210 yeah, we’ve been staying primarily at MGM properties lately too. Caesars isn’t comping us much.

I don't require luxury, but I do despise the window/wall unit air conditioners, so big no on the Linq.
