I'm not even a soccer/football fan but the journey this series takes your on is gripping. Seeing the faces fo the people from the town that you sort of know from the series watching this moment in anticipation, with the Going the Distance from Rocky playing, know what it means for everyone...man it's just so good.
The Rocky music is so perfect for this, both Wrexham and Rocky had a similar arc. Both were huge underdogs that went the distance and lost the first time only to come back the second time and win it all. Also Rob being from Philly adds to it. This show was an emotional roller coaster, loved it.
1:31 Rob and Ryan looking at each other to say. "We did it. We effing did it" Hats off to these two guys. They did this for the town. PS This whole segment is officially now my favourite moment in TV (and movie ) history. The cinematography, the music, the story-telling, the everything is next level.
First time I ever heard that song was great....And now it was used here, I can't think of a better end than this. CONGRATS TO WREXHAM AND ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED.
My favorite was when the showed the supporter in the wheelchair. Loved when they did the episode on her in season 1. Man, I was in tears n wasn't even there 😊
Appearing in this very soon with my sons story. Yma a hyd Despite everything and everyone we are still here. And now the worlds see’s us. Thanks to Rob and Ryan
1:43 is so cool. I felt like I was apart of this win and I wasn't even there so I can't imagine how everyone there felt especially with loving futbol as much as they did. Cant wait to see more.
Love the story and I bought the EFL iFollow package so I can watch all the Wrexham games this campaign. So don't be a hater when I tell you all, this was not the last game of the season, they tied Torquay United 1 all in the final match of the season. The win against Boreham Wood put all the others out of contention of automatic promotion..
As a sports fan, moments like that are what its all about. You don't get that gloryhunting with the LA Dodgers or Man City or Arsenal. You need the pain of disappointment of supporting the Wrexhams, the Cleveland Browns, or Stoke City to feel that kind of ecstasy .
Winning a long campaign is, for sure, going the distance. This music, and video editing, was a perfect ending to Wrexham's season. Hopefully we will have the last season and their promotion to league 1 soon on Disney+.
I know! You were one more game than Notts. But this was the important one! More epic would have been to tie vs Torquay and won this one! Oh wow. But for Rob and Ryan would have been more sties and stress! Congrats Wrexham. See you on Championship next year and hopefully on Premier League. Saludos desde Venezuela!
@@KingBlueSlimss The final game not being important to Wrexham's standing does not change the reality that the title of this video is factually incorrect.
Champions 🏆
"Going the Distance" by Bill Conti just makes everything more epic! Congrats Wrexam!
A fitting song, I gotta say!
The choice of music was inspiring

Welcome to the mighty Wrexham 🏴
Back to Back promotions for Wrexham is on the way, a huge congratulations to the team once again
The music climax at the moment of the pitch invasion 1:38 😁

Wrexham aren't underdogs lol.

15 years, everyone finally smiled, cried and reveled at the promotion you can even feel it in this
Just finished season 2. Unbelievable ending with the rocky music. Wish I lived my team the way these supporters love Wrexham
One of my most favourite TV moments - great stuff
Epic, totally appropriate musical choice, especially with Rob's Philly connection. This was a GREAT episode.
First time I ever heard that song was great....And now it was used here, I can't think of a better end than this. CONGRATS TO WREXHAM AND ALL THE PEOPLE INVOLVED.
I will never, EVER tire of watching this x
And I'm here again!!!!!
Stunning!!! Even a year on!! Still gets me!!

Just a fantastic job editing this. Perfect. I tear up every time. Well done, Michael Anthony Brown, Josh Drisko, Michael Oliver and Bryan Rowland

And those final Rocky boxing ring bell simulations give me chills every time I watch this.
This is what football means to communities big and small in Britain. Nothing comes close.
Hats of to Rob and Ryan. Bravo
Don't like Football normally. But I love this show so much and can not wait for season 3
Amazing show. Found myself cheering even though I knew they got the promotion. Also, glad that Jordan Davies had a healthy baby.
The world is cheering for Wrexham, not just the team or the owners but for the town itself. This is what TV should be
Imagine being Rob and Ryan watching the pitch invasion knowing you created this. Must be some feeling
This was a great scene. Perfect song choice too
CONGRATULATIONS WREXHAM....YOU DID IT!!!!!!!
I wish I loved something as much as this town loves their squad.
Rob definitely got the Eagles Fans Rolling in this one! This scene was like watching the Birds win the Superbowl again!

I don't even like soccer and even I got goosebumps watching this.
Well played with Going the Distance, the best theme song of all time! Surely this is a decision on which Rob weighed in.
Back here after BACK TO BACK PROMOTIONS!!!! Wrexham are going up AGAIN!!!!!
I LOVE WREXHAM

I’m a Chicago Bears fan.. I hope for the glory after years of hunting
Toronto Blue Jays 1992 and then in 1993.
Good news they just got promoted AGAIN to League One next season
THE DRAMA THE DRAMA !
SUPER AWESOME

If only they had chanted, "Wrexham, Wrexham, Wrexham." Rocky 4 would've been recreated in real life hahaha!!!! Good job guys!
It wasn't our final game of the season. We played away at Torquay the week after.

I love a good Cinderella story
❤❤❤❤
This wasn't the final game of the season though, there was one more after this one.
Yeah, but that game was irrelavant as they already won the league due to the points difference between 1st and 2nd place.
@@KingBlueSlimssI mean, it wasn't irrelevant cos they'd have been docked points if they refused to play it.
@@DS9TREK They obviously played. It ended 1-1 due to the air having left the tires. No one cared and they played a relegated side on top. Zero stakes.
@@KingBlueSlimss The final game not being important to Wrexham's standing does not change the reality that the title of this video is factually incorrect.
Stop using the whoop whoop sample. It's outdated especially when you have a stadium of people to get samples from.
Season 2 really dropped the ball 👎🚫
Speak for yourself
@@simonjohn354 I did 😆
More or of a C ➕️ not a A anymore.
YEP A BIT OF A LET DOWN 👎
Hope they don't screw up season 3 like they did 2.
