Bunk. You should be ashamed of spreading misinformation.
There is a common myth that if we drink water after eating fruits, the yeast from the fruits can proliferate in the stomach, creating flatulence and stomach aches but this is not true. Our stomach is acidic enough to prevent such microbial proliferation.
