Sorry I’m Chinese but not Taiwanese, and when we are learning Pinyin in elementary school, we also know bopomofo... bopomofo detenele (not zhuyin but pinyin letters “bpmf dtnl”).
We went there last month and sat right at the same table! Love the spicy chicken BoLuo Bao burger! My kids also love the MaPo tots!

I think bopomofo should do like a bowl to go type of dish. I live in hawaii and their are a lot of korean restaurants here and bopomofo isn't a korean restaurant but it represents the asian culture well. Why not have a mix of asian cuisine to their menu. Anyways, how about a Meat Jun to go bowl. Its thin beef covered in eggs served with shoyu and rice. It's not necessarily a korean dish but it is a local favorite in hawaii and the KR restaurants here.
I hope to visit LA soon to try out Bopomofo❤

jelly fish salad is bomb. and also man tou which is like a bun part of the bao. its double bomb. or like taiwanese shaved ice thats triple bomb. or some egg waffles which are quad bomb. just a lot of yummy stuff that are taiwanese and im proud to be apart of my culture. :)

I live about a block away and have never been there. Will be visiting soon for the popcorn chicken and mopo tots.
My bf and I are from nj area and first time flying to LA we got to visit!! It was during the summer so these foods weren’t out yet but the carrot matcha and watermelon corn drinks were delicious and unique :)
Bopomofo should make scallion pancakes into a pizza or into a wrap with a sauce on the side.

When I went there for the first time and I had the Spicy Popcorn Chicken with the spicy aioli and extra thai basil sauce.
When I was eating I was craving some fries and an idea popped in my head.I thought what it we put the chicken ontop of a mound of tater tots, tossed in some white pepper/salt, topped with melted cheese, drizzled with both the spicy aioli and thai basil sauce and some fried, crush basil ontop as garnish of it *chef's kiss*
maybe the next time i'll do a custom order lol
