BuildingNY: Robert Knakal, Massey-Knakal Realty Services

Building New York, a lively conversation hosted by Michael Stoler, New York's only weekly television broadcast featuring local and national leaders responsible for real estate activities in the Metropolitan region, began its first season on television and on CUNY TV in March 2006. Massey- Knakal Realty Services is a real estate company specializing in representing owners in the sale, retail lease or financing of their properties in the New York metro area. They discuss Mr. Knakal's humble beginnings handing in numerous applications looking for a summer job to his rise to owning a prominent real estate company. They also discuss his love for the real estate business, the way he has expanded his business, investment strategies, as well as the way New York real estate has been influenced over the years.
