Just download this with the new 6.8 This is a huge step forward. There needs to be a weed feature like Flexi. I currently draw in my own weed lines based on things I like about Flexi.
I followed the install instructions but upon getting the finish windows - get the bsod - i've re-imaged the drive and installed nothing else but versaworks - get the bsod again - please advise
in other words right before I click the finish button to complete the install - the bsod appears - this has happened twice. Then I attempt to load versaworks but get an error message about the ripcontroller.dll not being designed for windows - I then am unable to uninstall the software nor simply open the software - I try to install it again and get "error applying transforms. verify that the specified transform paths are valid. Another error says -installation was interrupted please try again 2.versaworks application package (x64) Code: 1624

2 MONTHS AGO I BUY A VERSA STUDIO BN-20 PRINTER BUT WHEN I GO TO UDE IT TELLS ME THAT MY DESIGN IS CORRUPT, ON 30 YEARS I HAVE NEVER, NEVER HADTHIS PROBLEM WHIT MY OLD PRINTERS (A ROLAND AND A MUTOH 54"). I NEED HELP, WHAT I DO ???? PLEASE SOME BODY HELP ME
Was anybody from the comments below able to get support? I see you guys posted months ago with no reply - I tried their website email support - see how that goes.
Just updated to VW6.7, restarted the computer in vw6.6, right-clicked on the file. I don't see the job assistant available on the pdf file that I created in Ai, any idea?

Hi Hector. Which country are you based in? Your nearest Roland DG dealer will be able to help you with this.

You need to manually install. For me the auto updtae did not install job assistant seperate plugin or the updated profiles.
