The Man, The Myth , The Legend. None better than Jerry.
@@AllConsumingJAWSgreat minds think alike. Fools seldom differ. There is no myth here.

You took the words right out of my mouth.
In the USA. Among European shooting circles, he is not so well regarded. We value accuracy more than speed here.
Jerry's commitment to the sport is inspiring. He's also down to Earth and a neat guy to talk with.
All set to order one till I saw the price. Jerry is a living legend for sure. I don’t think the price of the pistol should be legendary
Limited run of 1880 units, Smith and Wesson Performance Center craftsmanship to Jerry Miculek's specifications, 8-round 9mm revolver, and a world record of 1.88 seconds on 6 steel plates..? There's a market for it. It's just not for us.
I heard "scandium frame", and then I heard "titanium cylinder". The price did not shock me. It's cheaper than a Korth, though...
Yeah it's called luxury and collector's item. Realistically doesn't perform any better than any other s&w product
I have shot a few scandium/titanium revolvers
They're cool I guess. For anyone other than a competition shooter, no point whatsoever. Oh and the titanium cylinders get pitted after under 1000 rounds from personal observation
Bruh, it‘s an optics ready, hand fit wheel gun made from expensive, hard to machine materials made to world-record winning specifications.
Some people are just that dedicated to the what Jerry has made into masterpiece of professionalism. He’s made in a mold of very few
The $3,499 MSRP is certainly at the top of the market.
I saw a mens shirt yesterday for $2190. I know how I'd choose.
@@DA-jw6nmWas it a Dan Flashes? Those patterns are complicated.
Lmao I live for less than 800 a month and people can’t live without their 15 dollar cups of coffee and heated steering wheels and seats
I really want one of these, but at $3499???? I cannot afford it.
Korth is up there, too. I've never handled one, but I know a S&W PC is top notch. It took me years, really, of shooting revolvers to be able to tell the practical difference in handling a nice one, vs a cheap one. I don't shoot as often as one in competition, but I do enjoy workin the wheel guns.
It is always joyful to watch a master at his craft.
What others know sand S6W custom shop is actually Jerry's team of gun tailors -who occasionally makes something we mortals can buy.
I’m so glad y’all actually made this model! I’d LOVE to get my hands on one of my own! Much love from Texas!
Imagine paying $3500 bucks for a revolver with a vortex red dot on it
Imagine buying a kimber because of the name...
Imagine getting paid by both to use their products. You will be the only to refuse that kind of offer.
Jerry is sponsored by Vortex. There's no way you'd see this leave S&W fitted with anybody else's product if his name was on it.
honestly, good. theres not really a reason to be a snob about the optic. i love my SRO, but today the market is full of red dots, and they all accurately project a dot where i need it. the differences will all come down to battery life, general durability, window size, glass clarity etc. things that really dont matter if you're blasting a couple of steel targets at ten meters.
Jerry you're the champ plus one of the most entertaining shooters I've had the pleasure to watch thank you Jerry 😊
Love that hearing that man speak. He's great. God bless 'em. ❤
My idol, a legend in his own right, a man of higher caliber for sure 👍🏾👊🏾💯
Congratulations 🎉
The Good, The Bad, and Jerry Miculek.
One of the greatest in the world!
Beautiful looking gun
Jerry is a freak of nature
Jerry is absolutely awesome!!! But $3500 for a revolver is crazy.
no different than any other craftsman made anything... knives. swords. 1911s. woodworking.. time is money. skill is money. all the handfitting. testing. pretty sure these will not be just regular guns built off the line with random parts..
if 3500 is a lot better not look at korths. spohrs.. manuhins. and god forbid a Janz... never seen a janz for sale for under $12,000..
@@mindwreckRC Apples and oranges. Comparing S&W to companies like 'Janz'... well, there is no comparison. Either in cost or quality.
It's overpriced because Jerry's name is on it... It's a revolver, not a fancy 1911. Shouldn't be so high a price.
@@mikep1085 why is it apples and oranges. Seems to be exactly the same actually. S&W is making a short run custom shop type revolver, which involves much more labor and fitting than their mass produced revolvers. how do you think the premium brands get so expensive? it's not all name, although thats some of it. they just spend way more hours of time on each gun than the average s&w 686 sees.
@@timd729 why does it have to be a 1911 to be fancy?the way the 1911s get expensive is exactly how this got expensive. more time spent making it
Thats bad ass.
Looking forward to more optics ready revolvers and no internal locks
Amen.
As if smith and Wesson will ever get rid of the lock
@@rockerdude8000 Well, it is a lefty owned/ran company.
It looks nice 👍
Nice view, Jerry Miculek
Legend!
I believe Jerry uploaded a longer version of this a few days ago on his channel.
Well, I believe in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. However, only one of those exists and he hasn't uploaded anything new in three weeks.
Just Freaking Awesome 👌
Wild price .
Good lord, that is a thing of beauty!
... when are you going to do it as a 10 round .327 Federal though? :D
Wow…YES!!!
The Speed went in before the Name goes on.
I don't know about other peoples experience but I had a S&W JM 9mm revolver and it had non stop problems. If I didn't run SAAMI spec the revolver would seize up. Constant light primer strikes even with recommended ammo or primers. Even got an upgraded firing pin. Same results. Hopefully they got it working better.
God bless him!
Very Nice '' Great Video 💯💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
There are several 9mm revolvers including the Ruger Super GP100/8shot, the S&W986Pro titanium cylinder. And the Korth 9mm Sky Marshall
thanks man. love the idea, not spending 3.5k
I've never seen the ruger for sale anywhere and neither of the other two are 8 shot. There is the 929 but the barrel is too long and it costs a lot of money to get it into shape....
Does the 30 super carry version fit one more in the cylinder? Thank you!
My 638's cylinder release screw keeps coming loose during shooting. Any advice on how to correct this? Thanks for the share!!
Wow so fast like Bruce Lee
Love any revolver that can accept full moon clips.
Jerry is the MAN, Jerry gets exactly what he wants from S&W. Price is somewhat what it is if the everyday customer got what he gets. The PC side of S&W, I'm sorry to say is not by no means where it should be. Their QC department is way, way off their game. I own 3 PC guns, 2 ok, 1 was broke in the box. For what a working Man pays for one of their products, they really need to step up their game, namely in quality and QC.
I hope Jerry never turns evil.
Please fix the trigger issues with the csx
Always fun to see his skills :)
I bet I could hit targets with that one!
1:42 thats awesome hahahaha!!
A few years ago, a buddy of mine came up with a theory about Jerry. He decided that Jerry isn't human but rather a Terminator from the future that John Connor reprogrammed and sent back to our time. I am starting to believe that my buddy is right.
Jerry needs to do a spoof of that scene from The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly where he is piecing together a gun.
I wonder if Magaport does the Porting or if Smith does it in house?
Price is crazy. Probably because the run is limited to 1880 guns.
1:42 Damn
I mean, it's ready to go, right out of the box. Basically a TRR8, magna-ported, 9mm cylinder, Jerry's grips, a red dot (with the mount), bobbed hammer... Plus the moonclip tools. Sourcing your own parts and labor, you'd be well over half that price... But still, that's a lot of coin. Not super unreasonable though
So a pos red dot adds 2k?
@@El_Peto Are you bad at reading specifically, or are there other issues mixed in?
@@m73m95 can't slide anything past an intellectual like you
Getting that work done is close to $3,000 and you get a cobbled together gun that you lose money on.
wow
This is great in all.
But when will we get a new version of the M&P 22lr with all the bells and whistles.
Would be cool if it was affordable for the avg consumer
Just bring back the Nightguard series, and make 9mm versions please. Or make 9mm versions of the comped 19 and 586. The WR looks nice but $3500 is crazy high, and a very niche gun. Jerry is awesome though!
💖💖💖
OK, so now I understand why I get nowhere near Jerry with my old Model 19. To do fancy shooting, you need a fancy revolver. A VERY fancy, tuned revolver.
The man the legend, the one you send to kill the boogeyman
How many different caliber do they make in this gun
Very nice but y’all need to work on QC and your whoever is administering the website needs to go.
It's good to realize that I'll never be able to realize the true potential of this piece do that fact that I'm no Jerry Miculek, hence I will restrain the temptation
I carry a 9mm for work, but my revolver is a .357. 9mm may make for an easier competition shoot, but it's not what most people are looking for when they purchase a revolver.
🇺🇸
Would love one but damn $3,500. That's why Jerry is who he is though.
i always find it funny when people see the price of a race gun. so much content of people bickering over the price points of relatively cheap guns, like basically all polymer frame striker fired pistols, and competition shooters basically just agree the cz shadow 2 is a nice entry level pistol at a thousand bucks. price wise the sky is the limit, glad jerry got a nice one made.
Well at that price, I'll just get one for each hand...
"All it needs is a good finger . . ."
That's what she said.
You'd think for $3,499 that they could afford to fill in that hole in the frame above the cylinder release. I guess scandium is really expensive.
Wanted a r8. Impossible to find one.
Maybe this is a good option? Doubt I’ll ever even see one.
yeah unlikely. they arent making too many, but if you go out looking you might get lucky. they do make plenty of other revolvers which are easy to find and are pretty affordable. the S&W 686 is a fan favourite.
@@ravener96 this one has everything I want. 8shot, scandium frame, titanium cylinder, barrel is the right length, and its in 9mm.
I’d change the grip. Probably. Need to try it first.
With the price, should be with push button cylinder removal.
Is this gun made in Maryville?
$3500.00 MSRP 😧😥
Custom world class guns made for the world class champion will come with world class prices.
Get a dictionary
I love the idea of this gun, but the price tag is ridiculous, come on S&W ….
Can i get it in california?
If you’re paying that much… I don’t see how anyone would pick this over a Korth. They even give you an extra cylinder so you can shoot 3 different calibers (.357/.38/9mm)
my guess would be the weight. Korth makes very nice revolvers, but it's not really clear what competitive advantage you're getting.
Korth is useless as a competition gun.
Would never pay that kind of money for a revolver...
How much is it ?
Honestly a little depressing to see so many people complaining about the price, $3500 is more than fair for a custom fit, limited run firearm machined from non standard materials. I don’t know what to tell you folks other than maybe look for more gainful employment if the price tag is your biggest hang up here.
and they are only making one or two thousand of them, saw someone in the comment mention 1800 or so. at 3500 bucks each that nets them a bit over 6 million bucks. thats not a huge budget to do a complete project on including manufacturing what seems like custom parts. I dont think the profit margin on this overall will be all that great.
I find the Name/Caliber confusing! Why?
I will get a shield plus in his honor LOL
I don't see the sum of those parts coming to anywhere near $3500. I'll stick to my 929JM with Apex hammer and my trigger tuning.
Now, this may seem, well, weird, but with the Model Number of 327, don't you think it would be a .327 Federal Magnum gun as opposed to a 9 Millimeter?????
The S&W 327 model designation predates the 327 Federal cartridge. That’s why. lol
CSX Gen 2 and more Ultimate Carry J-Frames in .32 H&R Magnum.
Please and thank you.
Stay classy my friends.
Yikes!? 😳 $3500 MSRP I hope Jerry signs the grips and it comes with a holster 😉 😂
Looks great, but $3499.00....are lessons from Jerry included? Lol It is a limited run for starters so I'm assuming that's the reason. Historically if they sell well, others will be made.
Want
id add another Wilson combat or night hawk to my safe then spend 3k on that thing
$3500
ouch.... that gun is $3500 !!!
If I spend 3500 on a revolver it’s gonna be an older Colt Python.
I can’t get past the edit/jump at 9 seconds.
3500 bucks
I bought the michalek 929 9mm and its not that impressive with the constant light strikes, willing to bet the 929 Jerry has is much better than what we got with his name on it
His is a gunsmith produced item
Production models are just that
Pretty sure at this point Jerry doesnt even use his sights 😂 i wonder how fast he is from conceal.
The billboard text on the sides of the barrel absolutely ruin it.
$3500???? It better have no key hole and be able to blow me for that price.
Too bad the price isn’t $1,880. Jerry’s awesome, that price isn’t.
a regular 327 TRR8 using 38 short Colt would accomplish 99% of this gun. especially considering this gun probably has a 357 bore instead of a proper 9mm bore. like the 929
Ain’t he somethin’…..
Good luck selling a bunch of them at over $3000. Very few people are going to be able to afford that.
I don’t like that smith and Wesson is doing this. I’ve been wanting a high capacity 9mm revolver for the longest time and I want it to have a four or five inch barrel. This price is too much and the availability is too low.
Has anyone ever seen the video of Jerry shooting .45 AUTO? honestly you can't count the shots it sounds like a full auto.
why so much Jerry, why? its 3499.00 Us mortal men cant afford that.
