Gerry Clince from the band Mael Mordha. He usually fills in, or at least used to fill in for either Michael or Pól whenever they had some conflicting schedule and could not make it to a show. He's almost their sixth member, and you can see him quite often on live videos, though more usually replacing Pól. Harder to notice because Pól and Gerry look alike, though, but he even features on the "official" Empire Falls video. Look closely and you'll see it's Gerry on Bass.
